The flat consists of double bedroom with built in wardrobes and chest of drawers, a separate bathroom with shower over the tub, and a large living room with balcony, and kitchen with all the usual appliances for self-catering (gas hob, electric oven, fridge with ice box, washing machine, microwave etc). The living room has comfortable seating and there is a dining table and four chairs. There is TV (free sat channels only) and internet access via a mobile wifi device can be arranged at no additional cost. The flat is situated on the third floor (no lift).

Another lovely stay - Cant wait to return

We had another superb stay at this cosy and perfectly located flat in London. It has been upgraded since last we stayed with a modern kitchen and bathroom which made it even nicer then before. The location is the best feature just by sloane square with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Great communication and easy to book with Fay the property manager, we highly recommend this flat (and we´e stayed in London over 20 times and this is our favourite). Looking forward to returning next year.

Perfect London base in every way!

We had a fantastic stay at this chelsea flat, having stayed in several self catering flats in London this is by far the nicest (and with the best price). Location is superb just 2min walk from Sloane Square and tube, the area is filled with the best decoration shops and seriously smart houses and people. Near the house is a great breakfast/restaurant/grocer place, and on saturday a farmers market just in front of the house. The house is extremely peceful and we slept very well. Everything is comfortable, clean and well looked after. The best thing about the apartment is the light that comes in through all the rooms, it has a wonderful Peter Pan view over the roofs of London. Even though its on the 3rd floor its a short walk up and not hard at all even with luggage. Fay was an excellent contact and took care of us very well. So of course we will be back and cannot recommend it more to anyone wishing to have a really great stay in central London.

The apartment is just a three minute walk from Sloane Square tube station, yet the apartment offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis.

You are a few minutes walk from vibrant Kings Road Chelsea - which became famous as the 'in' place in the 60s with many pop starts and other celebrities making it their home, and has to this day retained its special character. Enjoy the continental cafe life-style with the many bars along the Kings Road and at Sloane Square. A short journey brings you to prestige shopping precincts (Oxford Street/Regent Street, Harrod's, Piccadilly etc); admire the many historical points of interest (Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Tower of London) or absorbing the beauty of London’s Museums and Art Galleries, or enjoying the London Eye or a boat trip down the Thames. Easy access to the Royal Albert Hall boasting not only the big music events but enjoy live jazz in the evening while eating in the Edgar Room, or live music while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee at the Café Consort. Chelsea has its own Theatre (the Royal Court Theatre) and live music venue (Cadogan Hall, both at Sloane Square, let alone the score-plus theatres in the West End. Just a 10 minute underground journey brings you to Leicester Square and the West End. The apartment is the ideal location for both tourists and business people alike. There are supermarkets, banks, boutiques, bars and restaurants galore along the Kings Road. On Saturdays there is a delightful farmers' market in the little square opposite the apartment building and just around the corner is the popular organic cafe Daylesford, Further out are wonderful outings to Kew Gardens, Windsor Castle, Hampton Court, Royal Greenwich etc.

If you go to google maps and enter SW1W 8JD and then move the little man onto the road you will get a good street-level view of the area.

As with all of central London, it is far easier to get about on public transport than a hire car as there is daily congestion charge and parking charges and Chelsea is wonderfully situated being so centrally located to all of the sights.

There is a London City/Barclays Bank bike hire scheme - see transport for london's website under cyclig; and car club schemes that take away many of the headaches such as citycarclub and Streetcar).
