I had a great Memorial day! Not only was the weather perfect but our accomodations were great too!. The condo is perfect walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect size, was very clean, and easily accessible. I will defintely stay here again!
Overall we had a pretty good stay. House was in a decent location and it was nice and clean. The price was very reasonable so not bad overall; probably would stay again. We had been notified to bring our own 'sheets, toiletries, towels; etc. That said, there were absolutely no basic household items in the place, i.e. no dish brushes, no dish washing fluid, no detergent or soap of any sort really; there wasn't even any toilet paper (this I had at least planned for). While I thought this a bit odd, I assumed we would at least have been left clean dishes, but this was not the case as several major items were dirty. So pretend you're camping and maybe don't use this place if you like cooking unless you're prepared to buy a lot of items you'll only use once (or have to pack up). We left you some hand soap and sanitizer!
I was trying to reach you via this website but didn't get a reply (maybe there is something wrong with the website). We are interested in renting from nov to jan 2014. Is it possible? Can you please e-mail me.
Thank you in advance.
This apartment is perfect for a vacation at the beach. The unit is very well-maintained, fully furnished, parking to 2 cars, and the property has a communal pool in the summer. The unit is on the ground floor for easy access, which was important for us. The location has easy access onto the highway and into town - very important in this area, and an easy bike ride to the beach. There are 2 very good places to eat and a sub shop inside the complex area. The owner is easily available to answer any questions about the unit. We highly recommend Henlopen Station and this apartment for a vacation in Rehoboth Beach.
The house was nice and very homely. Pool was very warm and not enjoyable at all. Walking is very far not like it said just stroll it is about 14 blocks for kids it is very hard to do it. The boardwalk and beach were very enjoyable.
We stayed for the weekend instead of staying in a hotel. It was much more practical and we had so much more room. A full fridge is nice and table and chairs to eat at. There were 6 of us and a baby with plenty of room. The furniture and accomodations were very nice. Rehoboth can be difficult to find parking in so we didn't even bother driving in. It was a nice walk straight up the avenue with plenty of storefronts along the way. We enjoyed it and would definatley stay there again!
Located one mile from Rehoboth beach, east of Highway 1, off of Rehoboth Avenue. Run, bike, or just stroll to the beach while passing block after block of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bookstores. Less than a mile to tax-free outlet shopping. About half a mile to bike trail. Huge water park, mini golf, batting cages, and go carts are a few blocks away.
