This lovely apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story building set with beautiful gardens and a large pool. The pristine and shallow beach, ideal for children, is at three minutes walk from the house. There are supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, and other amenities within short walking distances.

Its welcoming porch invites you to spend pleasant evenings/mornings viewing the sea and garden.

The apartment is comfortable furnished and decorated with great care and attention to detail. Our living room has a comfortable sofa, 47"' smart TV, DTV, satellite connection, a small library and board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils/appliances you might need for your own cooking: fridge, washing machine, microwave, etc.

It has two bright bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Bed linen, house and beach towels together with the wifi internet in the whole apartment are included in the price.

This lovely apartment is located in a peaceful resort, only 3 minutes walk to a shallow beach, ideal for kids, and to local amenities and basic services (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc). There are two wonderful coves at walking distances.

The apartment has a front porch with table and chairs for seating up to 6 and a small private garden. It overlooks the sea, the pools and the community gardens. The living/dining area features a sofa bed, flat TV with DTT, and parabolic dish connection. The kitchen is provided with all necessary facilities (vitro-ceramic stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc). It has two double bedrooms and one full bathroom. Carefully decorated with attention to details.

Our apartment is an invitation to relax and enjoy the view onto the sea and the gardens. You can either take a swim in the pool or in the beach, or an adventure day exploring the island through the Camí de Cavalls. This ancient path crosses gullies, rocky zones, valleys, torrents, wetland and farming areas; it units ancient watchtowers, lighthouses and trenches, and it leads to a great deal of coves and spots of the island.

This immaculate apartment set in a stunning complex was the perfect place for our first family holiday abroad with our boys aged 11 and 8. The apartment itself is in a great position with privacy and lovely views, is well appointed (with even a washing machine, great for families), imaginatively decorated and in close proximity to the shops, restaurants and beautiful beach. There is also a pharmacy a short walk away. The nearby swimming pool was a massive plus for our boys who enjoyed playing there with friends made with children staying in the complex. Communication with the owner was efficient and genial. Would highly recommend staying at 55 Costa Arenal. Thank you Elsa for letting us stay in your apartment. We would love to return! <3

lovely apartment, great for families

We have just returned from a brilliant 10 day stay. The apartment was fantastic. It has everything you need for a great self catering holiday. Its in a lovely location too. We loved the close proximity to the beach. Definately recommend the apartment to friends and family.

The perfect place to enjoy Menorca

This apartment was the perfect place for our vacation in Menorca. This apartment enjoyed a high degree of privacy and was only a five minute walk from the lovely Arenal d'En Castell beach. Supermarkets and restaurants (and a pharmacy) were only a short walk away. Perfect location for us.

The apartment was wonderfully equipped, immaculately clean, decorated with gusto, and very nicely arranged. The two ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a big plus. The swimming pool nearby was also great to have.

The communication with the owner was easy and very pleasant. Definitely, we plan to go back to this apartment next summer. Full marks!

Quiet area and well appointed apartment

55 Costa Arenal is a sweet little apartment set among 120 other units around a fab little communal pool in central Arenal d'en Castell. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, sharp knives (hard to find in many self catering properties!) plenty of pots and pans and toaster, microwave and big fridge/freezer. There are buckets and spades available (handy as bulky to pack) to borrow as well as a beach mat, towels and umbrella supplied as a courtesy. We couldn't find any English channels on the TV (perhaps our inability to find rather than non availability) which would've been great in encouraging our son to stay out of the midday sun. Two things that bothered me during our stay: 1) in Spain it is not compulsory to install smoke alarms in rental properties. I'd return to this property, but bring my own; 2) the spaces between the balustrades surrounding the garden area are wide, an enquisitive toddler could escape and fall down the drop. Apparently these are being replaced around the whole complex (which is stunning, I should add!) so neither of these points would prevent me from booking again and returning year on year. Thank you Elsa for letting us your apartment. We'll be back! :)

Estancia fantástica en Menorca

El apartamento es acogedor y tranquilo. La decoración nos encantó, se nota que los

propietarios también disfrutan del apartamento, pues lo han decorado con gusto. Preciosas las vistas desde las ventanas. Porche y antejardin ideales para desayunar/cenar, leer, tomar un vino... La luz al atardecer es mágica.

El complejo tiene un gran jardín (muy florido cuando estuvimos) con amplias zonas verdes (césped y algunos pinos) y una piscina bastante grande rodeada de césped.

La playa del Arenal d´en Castell está cerca, a unos 200 metros hay una playita mas resguardada , separada de la grande por algunas rocas.

El "Camí de cavalls" pasa a 100 metros, recorrido con bonitos paisajes tanto hacia el Este (Arenal de Son Saura) como hacia el Oeste (puerto y salinas de Addaia)

Arenal d'en Castell is a small town in the Minorca Northern Coast. Its main attraction is the beauty of the beach. Shaped like a horseshoe, it is approximately 700 metres long, with crystal clear and shallow waters. It has been awarded blue flag in recognition of the water quality, the cleanliness of the beach, the services available to summer visitors and an its environmental sustainable management.

The Camí de cavalls, an ancient path of 185 km long that surrounds Menorca following its coast, passes just behind the apartment. Decidedly, it is the best way to discover the natural wealth and heritage of an island that gathers almost every existing ecosystem in the Mediterranean for which it had been declared Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1993.
