You will be able to notice as per our first contact and in the response to your inquiry that I am very detail oriented.

Due to my natural honesty, I am extremely upset that there are so many vacationers being kicked out of the apartments they rented, despite having paid in full. The reason is that there are ONLY very FEW BUILDINGS in the South Beach area (as well as along entire Miami Beach and greater Miami area), that are LEGALLY AUTHORIZED by THE CITY & the specific building ASSOCIATION to be rented SHORT TERM & by the Day. FORTUNATELY, the building where MY UNIT is located, is ONE OF THOSE VERY FEW as it kept its original hotel qualification after the hotel conversion, back in the day. That is the main reason this building caught my attention at first sight. Dramatic situations have happened often with guests being kicked out of the apartment they rented, because they ignored this fact (well hidden by many owners) and despite of having paid for their stay. It is very disturbing being removed from the apartment you rented, ignoring the city laws in this regards, and not having a place to stay because during high season, every hotel is fully booked, or because last minute hotel rates (depending on events and availability) could be extremely expensive per night or because due to special events and holidays nightly rates at near by hotels are $400 to $1,500 per night!!!

I feel EXTREMELY FORTUNATE that I made the right decission buying in this particular building LEGALLY ALLOWED TO BE RENTED SHORT TERM and By the DAY, as if it was a hotel, keeping its original qualification, after its hotel conversion.

Why Nuria chose Miami Beach

I used to travel to Miami Beach, often, before I purchased my condo. I booked & stayed in as many as 14 different hotels (ranging from $175-$225 a night). They looked GREAT in their web site pics. To my surprise, once I arrived, most of their guest rooms were filthy, run down, partially destroyed, stained carpeting, poorly maintained, not the best service… & the list goes on & on. In 1 single stay, I would change hotels as many as 3 times! Sadly, that ruined my long planned & exciting vacation more than once.

ON THE OTHER SIDE A VERY IMPORTANT FACT LEAD ME TO BUY IN THIS PARTICULAR BUILDING:

This building in South Beach stands alone with NO competition in its class!

There are only very FEW BUILDINGS in the South Beach area, that are LEGALLY AUTHORIZED by THE CITY & the ASSOCIATION to be rented SHORT TERM & by the Day. FORTUNATELY, the building where my unit is located, is ONE OF THOSE VERY FEW as it kept its original hotel qualification after the hotel conversion, back in the day. Dramatic situations have happened often with guests being kicked out of the apartment they rented, because they ignored this fact (well hidden by many owners) and despite of having paid for their stay.

What makes this condo unique

I thought it is time for some of us to be honest & display in our rental unit listing, pics reflecting our unit, just as it looks in reality. Fortunately, my unit is, by far, much superior than many hotel rooms in SoBe & MY LISTING SHOWS GENUINE, AUTHENTIC IMAGES OF THE PLACE YOU WILL STAY IN. With the additional advantage of a much lower rate than the numerous & run down hotels available, which will save you the shock of a room that had nothing to do with what you had expected.

My husband and I travel to South Beach every year. We have stayed in quite a good number of vacation rentals in the area. In this particular case (which was not always the ¨rule¨, as we made wrong choices in the past, more than once), we were so very happy to arrive to this apartment to find, first hand, everything just as described on listing, including the pictures shown.



Realizing that all 5 star reviewers for this apt. were right on, was a relief and we are so very glad that our decission was mostly made on the reviews posted for this property and its generous and professional owner´s exceptional responsiveness and care.



The condo was spotless clean, and very well decorated with great taste.

We didn´t miss one single thing.



We loved the bathroom and its huge size. And also the walk-in closet came in handy. The mattress is extraordinarily comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped.



The fact that the building and this specific unit is tacked-in and not located on main busy and noisy streets made our stay so peaceful and quiet that we were able to rest and sleep every night, which is a wonderful not to be missed plus in South Beach.



Owner was very kind letting us use beach chairs, beach umbrella (even beach bag, beach towels and sun tan lotion!!!) what saved us a great deal $$$$ as renting them at the beach is quite expensive.



Additionally, owner included an extra amenity, as a courtesy, in order to save a good amount $$$$ setting for us visitors parking, posing a high amount in savings (versus garage parking) which we were so very grateful for.



This property is located in the best location to be found in South Beach, that is only 2 blocks from Lincoln Road, 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from Ocean Drive, 1 block from typical beautiful Espanola Way,...



We will definitely return next year and we will highly recommend it to everyone we know that might be interested in a very nice and enjoyable stay in South Beach, Miami.

It was beautiful and PERFECT!

Nuria and her apartment were wonderful for my trip. I absolutely appreciate and love how attentive Nuria was through everything. The apartment was perfect for everything i needed. It was clean and beautiful and i had everything that i wanted and needed for the trip. There was an umbrella and a two chairs in the closet which made it even more perfect. The apartment was two blocks from lincoln rd and the beach which was amazing. I will definitely stay here again for my next vacation to south beach.

Cute, Cozy, and Conveniently located....

We had a great stay in Miami....the studio was perfect for our needs. Clean,cozy, and quiet...located within a couple minutes walking distance to Espanola Way and Lincoln Rd mall...and 2 blocks from the beach.

We had originally booked a room in a hotel further north in Miami beach but checked out the next day due to the noise levels and the need to drive to everything (restaurants, shops).

We found Nuria's studio unit and loved it. We will definitely stay here again when in the area and would recommend it to anyone. Nuria, the owner, is a sweetheart and very accommodating, which made the rental process very easy.

EXCELENTE APARTAMENTO Y ATENCIÓN DE SU DUEÑA. ADEMÁS CERCA DE TODO!!

Mis vacaciones fueron perfectas. Nuria estuvo pendiente de que no nos falte nada. Una atención de su parte INCREÍBLE. Realizar el check in fue muy fácil y nos entregó una autorización para estacionar el vehículo en toda la zona 2 (casi todo south beach) El apart es cómodo, limpio y en excelente estado (igual a las fotos). Tiene todo tipo de amenities para una estadía super confortable: sillas, sombrillas y toallas para la playa (la playa a dos cuadras) - Cocina completa con utensilios para cocinar una rica comida - lavavajillas - A/C - WiFi - heladera con freezer y hermosa cocina - la cama Queen muy cómoda al igual que el sofá cama - el baño con toallas y una excelente Ducha! En el mismo piso lavar ropas y seca ropas (en 1 hora tenes todo limpio y seco y listo para Guardar!) El edificio está muy bien mantenido y los vecinos no generan ruidos molestos ni realizan fiestas (un plus para un excelente descanso) El sector de la piscina con sillas y mesas y muchas palmeras y plantas!

Cerca de todo: restaurantes, Lincoln Road, playa, Ocean Dr... realmente no se necesita alquilar auto.

No dudaría en alquilar nuevamente el mismo lugar, sobre todo por la calidez y gran atención de su dueña Nuria, que está en todo detalle para que tengas unas vacaciones sin inconvenientes y super relajadas.

Nice well located studio

We do have a nice stay on this Studio ( non bedroom ) we stay September 16 to 19 , 2016 , its very small but is nice , clean and confortable , good for a couple . The pool area requires up date . The location is perfect close to everything. The parking in the area is very difficult and expensive , the owner share with us some public parking options that charge $16 per day , but if you move the car during the day you have to paid over , so it's better to walk if you don't want to expend a lot of money on parking. The owner was very responsive and help us with useful information. Miami beach is great for young people . a great variety of restaurants with excellent food . Thanks Caridad

Brilliant apartment, fantastic!

Our second visit to South Beach and we were not disappointed. We knew the building (having stayed in another apartment previously) and returned as the apartment block location is great but also the STANDARD of the apartments is brilliant. Whilst location can be everything, we don't sacrifice the finer things just for a well located apartment! The apartment was clean with plenty of towels/linens readily available. The kitchen had excellent facilities so you didn't need to go out and eat for every meal. The bathroom was spacious and clean, unsure about a previous review as we stayed a week or so later and it was immaculate. No, it hadn't been repaired or updated either! The bathroom is nicer than the one we have at home! The building and area is safe and the pool was a lovely facility which we used on a regular basis. Nuria communicated with us before the arrival and gave us lots of information on the area and provided beach items for guests! Transport links to airport, downtown and the Malls are great and just around the corner. Plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby, and of the course, teh beach! Fantastic experience and great, welcoming host!
