This Awesome 3 Bedroom/ 3.5 Bath Townhouse is located across from the Club at Crested Butte in the Skyland Subdivison. It is beautifully decorated (it was the clubs display model) and has spectacular mountain & golf course views. Summertime in Crested Butte is Beautiful! Wildflowers galore, hiking, biking and more!
Golf course is a semi-private 18-Hole Robert Trent Jones II Championship Course, so call and schedule your tee time. 'The Club at Crested Butte' . Trout Fishing August & September is fabulous!
If you haven't skied Mount Crested Butte, you must! Known for Extreme skiing, it also has many green runs for beginners. Enjoy a cup of coffee from on top of the mountain or ski on over to the Ice Bar (Yes, the bar is really made out of ice) for a cocktail. There's nothing like it!
(FYI: You can rent huge lockers or ski storage right there, no need to transport ski's back-n-forth, so convenient)
The townhouse is located a couple miles from the town of Crested Butte, where you'll find tons of shopping and fabulous cuisine. Golf is right out the front door. Fabulous Crested Butte Ski Area just 10 minutes away. (They have adult & childrens ski school too.) Free shuttle from town (right across from Elk Ave.), free parking lot, ride up and be dropped off right in front. Also a pay lot up near slopes. (about $15 a day- our family prefers this.) Very easy and relaxing, just like the town.
The townhouse is approximately 30 minutes from Gunnison. The Gunnison Airport receives flights from United Express, United, and American. They also have car rental available. Alpine Express provides a shuttle bus service from Gunnison to Crested Butte for door-to-door service.
Townhouse has 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twin & a bunk that is a double on the bottom and twin on top located in the loft, sleeping 9 total. 3 Full & 1- 1/2 bath. Full size washer & dryer.

The pictures don't show just how large the home is. My family of five with three large teenage sons had plenty of room to spread out. We could have slept a couple of friends as well! They home was very well stocked with paper goods, soap, laundry detergent and basic pantry staples which we always appreciate when we rent a home. I was easily able to cook four nights we were there. There was even charcoal for the grill. The views out the family room and deck are breath taking and the fireplace was so easy to just flip a switch and enjoy. The satellite TV gave us issues but we were able to use our Netflix with no problem. I recommend this property without hesitation.
This property was more than we asked for! The property was exactly, if not better than the picture portrayed. The view is breathtaking, the bathtub relaxing and very conveniently located close to town and the mountain! The owners and property manager were very helpful, personable and made our stay extremely enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!
This property is an all-around winner! It is an easy/close drive to the ski area and has beautiful views. The house is incredibly spacious and furnished very nicely. We really enjoyed the over-sized two car garage....it made parking 2 SUVs a breeze and we were glad to have the cars parked in a garage when the temperature was as cold as it was. The owners are very easy to work with and respond quickly. The property manager also came by to introduce himself and check if we needed anything. We are well-versed in rental properties for ski season, and this one is hands-down the nicest we have ever stayed in!
The quality of the home/furnishings really impressed! The great room with the huge mountain views was our favorite spot to sit and have some Camp4Coffee (you can find it downtown CB)
Having a private,beautiful bathroom for each guest on the lower level was a bonus! And the master bath & walk in closet made us feel at home.

This property is a perfect place to stay with kids. There is so much room and the decorating is beautiful. The Country Club subdivision is great for walking and sledding in the winter. The views of the mountains are amazing. Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We loved every moment we were there.
We stayed at this property for a spring break vacation. We were blessed with terrific snow the week we were there so, of course, loved everything!
Actually, the house was incredible. If anything, it was nicer than the photos show. The furnishings were top of the line and the beds were all very comfortable. While the downstairs bedrooms were a little stuffy they supplied fans to get the air moving.
The upstairs loft was like a world unto its own for our son. When we had another family over for dinner one night the kids all disappeared up there to put a movie on to hang out away from the parents. There really wasn't anything to criticize about this beautiful property. But, if I were to make a couple of suggestions they would be to get better wireless service - the service they had was very, very slow. Also, dressers in the bedrooms would be very helpful rather than having to stack all of our clothes in on the closet floor. A hot tub sure would have been nice at the end of the day as well.
That having been said - I would not hesitate to stay here again. We loved it, we loved the location, we loved everything about it......
