Oceanfront on the marina canal with two floors and the ability to sleep 13 people comfortably. Both floors have spacious patios that overlook the ocean. The top patio has a jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean and a bar. The bottom floor has a kitchen, large dining room and large living area with two bedrooms. One bedroom has four single beds with a full bathroom and the second bedroom is a master with a king sized bed with full bathroom (sleeps 2). Upstairs has a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bath, a master bedroom with a king bed and a day bed (sleeps 3) with a full bathroom and a spillover bedroom that sleeps two (no full bath). The apartment is approximately 7000 square feet and comes with a butler and an optional chef. Maid service and two parking spots are also included in the rental. The apartment also has 6 large flat screen TVs, a wine refrigerator and a gas grill to be used by the chef. The unit is air-conditioned and has wifi. All of the furniture is brand new as the apartment is newly renovated. Ideal for family vacation or for a group of golfers. Renters of this property are eligible for reduced greens fees from Punta Espada.

This property is ideal for families or golfers that want to relax, play golf, go to the beach and be waited on all day long.
Beautiful view, beautiful climate.
Most popular things to do are golfing, sunbathing, fishing, deep-sea fishing, sailing and snorkeling. World-class casinos (Hard Rock) are only a 30 minute drive away. Rent bikes, go to the local amusement parks or swim with the dolphins all are only a short drive away. On campus, ride the dune buggies, spend two hours on the zip line course or ride the horses. If you choose not to golf at the Caribbean's #1 course, Punta Espada, you can golf locally at Tom Fazio's Corales or Pete Dye's Teeth of the Dog.
