Hi I'm Cliff Palermo. My family and I love providing great places for travelers to call home, while away from home since 2011.
Cliff Palermo purchased this townhome in 2012
Georgetown! Why else?
Steps to everything on Wisconsin ave. Circulator bus on corner for direct connection to tourist attractions.
we stayed in this lovely little house when we were visiting DC. The house is very clean and well maintained. The location is very safe and convenient. The bus stop is just cross the corner and it was very easy for us to find a street parking close to the house. My seven and four years old can handle the stairways without any problem though it does seem a little bit unsafe for the little ones. I really love the design of the stairway though. Cliff is very responsive, professional and helpful. Thank you for getting the stool for my little ones, Cliff.
I definitely recommend this place (already did it today to one of my colleagues.)
the place was as advertised, terrific for a family. two bedrooms on top floor with two baths (one in room, one in hallway). full bedroom on lower floor, with an additional futon in another room downstairs. so plenty of sleeping room for a larger family. house is well kept, and location is convenient, and owner very responsive. You can walk to Georgetown area restaurants/shopping, and the city is very Uber friendly for tourist attractions. overall a good home base for our stay.
While it wasnt an issue for us, the only potential issue would be for someone that has trouble navigating spiral staircases, as one has to go up or down a spiral staircase for bedrooms and bathrooms.
The location was perfect, restaurants along M street, shopping along Wisconsin and M street all very easy to walk to. Also, getting to the Georgetown campus to visit was just a walk away! If visiting and want to get into the White House, which we did and we recommend, apply to your congressman 6 months in advance! We also did Bike the Sites at Night, fabulous! Grocery store and liquor stores walking distance as well. Do not need a car! Loved our little home away from home! Thank you so much for letting us stay!!
This 3 room and 3 bath house is perfect for a large family or group of friends that like to travel together. No need to pick straws for a "bad" room here!
The location is perfect in George Town you can walk to shopping and dinning.
The house was comfortable and clean. Dishwasher, washing machine all there if needed.
Cliff was always on the end of an email if any queries came to light. The location is brilliant, walking distance of M street and the shopping district. My only suggestion would be a small information pack on what's near, like supermarkets, restaurants and shopping.
Simply and to the point. The house is in good shape, we arrived to find a person cleaning the house still who did an excellent job. Everything you need is with in walking distance. Highly recommend and will stay here again. Thank you for the great accommodations.
