The snow is beautiful, get yours skis ready. Brian Head is open November through April. Ski, snowboard or snowmobile in Brian Head and Eagle Point, play on the mountains and stay where the altitude will not bother you. A great place for family Christmas reunions, play in the snow, ski, or go tubing down the longest tubing run in Utah (in Beaver). Plenty of fun to be had here!
Detox and Rejuvenate in nature! Summer and fall fun... Spend the day hiking in Zion National Park, exploring the Cedar Breaks area, or one of the hundreds of mountain lakes and hiking trails within a 20 to 40 minute drive. Bryce Canyon is only 80 miles away.
Cool off from the heat in Las Vegas and St. George! Cedar City is at 5800 feet and is much cooler and the air is much cleaner! Sit on the patio, or balcony, enjoy a drink and a view of the red mountains all around you! Through the summer you will enjoy the Shakespeare Festival and the Neil Simon Festival. This is truly a great relaxing place to get away from it all.
The condo is very nicely furnished with antiques collected from around the world. All you need is your suitcase and you will be at home. Try out the Aquatic Center around the corner! You can walk to the movie theater and stroll home under the brilliant stars of the mountains. You can enjoy a home cooked dinner, or choose a restaurant in our quaint little town. We have good Mexican, BBQ, and Thai, all within 5 minutes of the condo. Great new Pizza Place just opened across the street! Live music too!

I am a native of KC, and a graduate of KU. Coming from small and friendly town, I was longing for an escape from LA for many years. In 2004 I found Cedar City and purchased my condo. I worked hard to make it peaceful and relaxing, yet beautiful and charming. I think I have been very successful! I have enjoyed this place and continued to upgrade it over the past few years. Everyone who has stayed there comments on how 'peaceful' it is.
The Owner purchased this condo in 2004
My son attended the University here, SUU, and this was my first real exposure to the beautiful state of Utah. Within a couple of months I decided to buy a vacation home here and have loved it. With each visit I became more and more intrigued with the astounding beauty and peacefulness of the area. The natural beauty and surrounding mountains really have a profound energy which helps me to rejuvenate and detox from the big city life. I have made this my second home and decided to share the experience with others.
You will enjoy the fresh, clean mountain air, the moderate temperatures in the summer and beautiful snow in the winter. Looking at the green pastures at an elevation of 5800 feet and the gorgeous red mountains and awesome rock formations will renew your spirit. The condo will provide you with all the luxury of a four star resort and the feeling of being home at the same time.
"Utah getaway Fun"
The condo is very near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The clear clean air was very restful and allowed me to walk around a beautiful area surrounding the condo. I was able to get quick access from the condo to the national park. I am photographer of sorts and found the sights and sounds breath taking and my pictures will make this time well spent, I would rent it again.
What a beautiful home, everything was perfect. I cannot say thank you enough. We look forward to staying here again while our son attends SUU.
The compact design of this condominium manages to provide all the necessities and some bonuses too. A master bedroom and second bedroom share a full bath on the upper level, which also boasts a small kitchen, formal dining and living rooms. Downstairs, in this split entry home, is a third bedroom furnished with a futon bed and trundle bed. There is also a second full bath and living room. A balcony on the upper level provides a refreshing retreat in the cool air of morning. A lanai on the ground level provides shade during the heat of the day. There is space for two automobiles to park, but no access to the garage. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful.
We experienced a minor hiccup when the entry code failed to work, but a simple telephone call set everything right. While not located within easy walking distance to the Shakespeare festival, it is convenient to several restaurants and other shopping. The festival, and other attractions are but a few minutes drive away.
The beds provided comfortable rest, and the overall convenience contributed to an enjoyable stay.
This property was very comfortable and easy to find.
It's quick access to the freeway made it easy to get to the theaters
for the Shakespeare festival plays. We loved the patio and balcony.
The downstairs bedroom with a sitting area and bathroom was
perfect for our friend who joined us. We would stay again.
My friends and I have stayed at this condo on 4 different trips over the past 5 years, when we've traveled to Cedar City for the Utah Shakespeare Festival. It's not close enough to the festival to walk to plays, but it is convenient to lots of stores, restaurants, and Starbucks (the only place in town that sells paper copies of The New York Times). I also like the condo's proximity to the city pool, the community fishing pond you can walks laps around, and the nearby canyon hike-and-bike trail. We like the 3 bedrooms of the condo, the back porch and front balcony, and the kitchen - when we travel to Cedar for 3-4 days, it's great to have a nice kitchen to use for meal preparation.
Enjoyed our stay.Five minutes from downtown.Easy access to Shakespeare festival venues. Many shopping and dining options near by.Took many day trips to national parks(Zion,Bryce Canyon)Comfortable accommodations.Child may be attending CUU and we would consider staying here again.
It's located in a good part of town by many restaurants, the theater, and aquatic center, which is nice. Comfy beds and fairly clean. Had a few quirks like buzzing, odd lights in the dining room and the sinks drain very slowly, but overall the place was great for what we needed. Sandi was very good to work with and always responded in a timely manner. We'll consider this place again in the future.
Shakespeare Festival, Neil Simon Festival, Summer Games, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Hiking, Aquatic Center, Photographers paradise. Boating, fishing, hiking, skiing Brianhead, and Beaver ski resorts close by.
