Great Stay With The Family

  • 5 of 5

Very nice and unique property. It was very clean, modern and private. We stayed with kids and grandkids. The location was central to our activities around Meredith, Plymouth and Woodstock. It was a plus having the estates community center with two indoor and outdoor pools, plus a workout room and a pond. The owner was easy to deal and very attentive to our needs and questions. I definitely recommend the property.

Great Price and Great Stay

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing two night stay and wish we could stayed longer. We went late June for my girlfriends birthday and everyone loved the house and enjoyed their stay. The house fit all 8 of us comfortably with 4 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There is one bedroom on the main floor with a full bathroom attached to it and a half bathroom on the main floor as well. Downstairs there is a full bathroom and two good size bedrooms with plenty of space. On the main floor above the kitchen there is a loft with the other bedroom. The grill was nice and there was enough gas in the tank that was provided. There is kitchen utensils there for just about everything for typical cooking as well as plates, bowls, and pans. We brought most of our own plastic cups, plates and bowls, and utensils though. The fridge is of decent size there was items in the fridge when we got there and with the shelving in the fridge a 2 liter of soda would need to be laid down. There is a fireplace and a firepit outside that we did not use, however, there seemed to be plenty of wood to last more than a week. There are some board games and a sound system at the house. There is also a dvd player, wifi, and other amenities. The house overall was nice and was clean when we arrived. Three minutes down the road is the resort/community center. Two passes where provided at the house and a full day pass can be purchased there for 10 dollars. It was not packed there at the community center. The community center has two pools and a jacuzzi inside then another pool and jacuzzi outside. There is also a pond outback that you can swim in as well as gaming/sport areas. They have a full bar were you can get drinks from or have a waiter bring it to you and there was live music when we went.

There are some good enough activities to do that are within an hour drive (ziplining, hiking, kayaking, parks and zoo). We went kayaking that was 20 mins away up in Lincoln for 40 dollars a person at arts outdoors outfitters. The kayaking included the kayaks, paddles, and life jackets and drop off and pick up at the river. We all had a blast going kayaking and it was an easy shallow river with nice scenery. There is a market 7 mins down the road if you forgot or need anything, if coming from 3 north exit 28 instead of taking a right to go over the falls take the left and 10 seconds there will be a small market to the left.

I would suggest you bring extra paper towels/napkins, trash bags, and bring your own towels.

Perfect home and location!

  • 5 of 5

We LOVED this house! My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 4 kids ages 3-10. We've stayed at many VRBO houses in the past and this ranks as one of our favorites. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with nice quality dishes and pots/pans. Very spacious and comfortable-we had lots of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed reading on the hammock outdoors and watching movies on the big screen TV. We spent an entire day enjoying the amenities of the community center. The pools were great and the kids loved the pond and paddle boats. We enjoyed hiking, biking and kayaking in the state parks and loved our visit to the Lost River Gorge. It was all an easy drive away from Campton. Thank you for sharing your home Nicole. We had a great time!

Amazing weekend getaway

  • 5 of 5

I really can not say enough about staying in the Campton chalet. The pictures do not do this stunningly gorgeous home justice. The home was immaculate, cozy, inviting, all you could hope for in a vacation home. Nicole was so great to work with from start to finish. Her directions were right on point, and very accommodating. My friends and I said we'd love to rent the home once every year, however I don't think we can wait that long! We are already eager to plan a return visit!

Great house!

  • 5 of 5

This house is wonderful. It is very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook a meal. We really enjoyed the patio on the week of the 4th of July- the grill, table and chairs. The sitting area on the lower level has a nice big-screen TV that we all enjoyed. Nicole was very pleasant and timely in responding to any questions or concerns. All in all, we really enjoyed the house and would definitely stay there again!
