In the heart of Saint Germain and the Seine quays with exceptional views PARIS Bridge near the bridge of the Arts: The apartment is located in a building with a magnificent entrance facing dock SEINE.

The apartment is of a very high standard, fully révové in 2012 with a lovely decoration and a completely new equipment. The area is 120 square meters with a large living room and 2 separate each with en suite bathrooms.

The apartment is distributed by a large corridor that makes each room independently of each other. A toilet is in the hallway. The other toilet is the greatest bathroom.

The lounge has a three double glazed windows overlooking the Seine with a great view of the Pont Neuf, The Samaritan and the island of the city. Bell tower of the Saint Chapelle is seen.

Each room has its own ensuite bathroom, one with a large tub with jets and one with walk-in shower.

There are 5 beds available: 2 bedrooms : one with queen bed and the other bedrooms with twin beds and in the living room a sofa bed with extra mattress for 2 people and the possibility to add a single bed in a bedroom or living room.

The kitchen is a kitchen equipped with new appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, microwave.

Internet facilities with WIFI and ADSL box. International cable television.

View of Pont Neuf on the right side window, the Louvre on the left window and the ET from the bathroom window - what else can you ask for. Spacious, modern, great location, great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The owner very easy to work with. Hope to get back again.

Excellent location, great apartment

The apartment is exactly as advertised. No unhappy surprises here. It is clean and well kept and the owners were very easy to deal with. The location could not be beat. Close proximity to either the sites or transport, restaurants and bars, shops and the grocery store.

Beautiful apartment on the Seine River!

My sister's family along with my husband and I stayed in the apartment while in Paris for our brother's wedding. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Even with 6 people, it did not feel cramped. The view was gorgeous, and the location was perfect! We took the RER from the airport, and it was less than a 10 min walk to the Saint Michel- Notre Dame station. I asked my sister if there was anything she didn't like about the apartment, and neither of us could come up with anything negative to say. We loved it and would love to stay here again if we return to Paris.

Perfect Parisian Flat

You have views of the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, Siene, and Louvre right from the windows. It's so walkable to nearly all the major sites and right in the middle of a super trendy restaurant area. The beds are super comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets and pillows available. Kitchen is a very good size and fully equipped. The flat is also huge. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The only things that keep me from giving a full 5 stars are the fans that's considered "air conditioning" are not sufficient when it's in the 90's. We couldn't escape the heat and it was miserable hot. Also, the neighbor below us complained whenever our kids were up past 10p. I'd say if you have young children, this may not be a good choice. We felt obligated to put the kids to bed early which meant no evening strolls or Parisian dinners in cafes. Those things considered, this is still a fabulous flat.

Beautiful apartment-Spectacular location

We have stayed in numerous apartments in Paris over the years. This apartment was by far the nicest property we have ever stayed in. The apartment is very spacious and everything was as advertised, even better in some cases. Having two bathrooms is a definite plus when four women are staying in one place. Though it is on a busy street, the windows are completely soundproof. Stepping outside, you find yourself in the center of it all........magnifique!
