Ideal Downtown Estes Park Location for a 2 bedroom with one bath historic cabin
I enjoy rehabilitating cabins to their former glory, some need more attention to detail than others. In the end, I hope that you will enjoy the cabin and it's part of Estes Park history. Please view my other VRBO listings in beautiful Estes Park; 614413, 694192, 877886.
Why Eric chose Estes Park
I have been coming to Estes Park ever since I can remember, and now I have the chance to preserve a bit of it's history. This cabin is a classic 1923 Estes Park cabin located above downtown with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park, Downtown shopping & restaurants, We LOVE staying here, and the NO parking hassles!

This property was a great location if you want to be within walking distance of the downtown. Clean and quiet. There is a short incline if you are planning to walk down into shops etc. Check the walk out before you try it just in case you are older or health limited. Otherwise cabin had everything you would need.
The house was beautiful and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Deck was big and nice to barbecue on. Eric was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again
Location and Charm
The proximity of Rocky Mountain National Park was important to us as we heard the trail parking fills up early. This little gem of a house was only a few minutes away from the park entrance. When we got home at the end of the day, it was so nice to be able to walk the 2 blocks down the hill to restaurants in Estes Park. We appreciated that the owner kept the charm and historic architectural aspects of the home while updating for convenience. We were just one couple, but the home would be perfect for 2 couples or someone with a child or 2. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We would recommend this property to friends.
Great place. Great location within easy walking distance to downtown Estes, and short drive to RMNP entrance. Had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely recommend.
Extremely clean, owner very good to work with, would definitely recommend and stay there again. Comfortable furnishings and very nicely decorated.
Secluded but close
Perfect location a block off main street. Easy in and out from Estes bypass. Two picture windows in the living room were perfect for watching the afternoon thunderstorms while safe and cozy inside. Large deck with propane grill is perfect for evening meals. Eric was a great host responding quickly to messages yet allowing guests to feel comfortable.
Enjoy the view of Historic Park Mall Theatre and the Aerial Tram from the cabin. Walk to Shopping, Dining, The RiverWalk, Bond Park for Local Festivals and Performance Park's free summer concerts. Close access to Rocky Mountain National Park through the Fall River entrance less than 5 miles away. Please check www.visitestespark.com for local events and activities.
