This is highly remodeled condo with hard wood floors & tile throughout. There is a covered carport with secure access. La Jolla City Club offers gorgeous landscaping, open courtyards, impressive architectural design, plenty of parking, 2 secure cover stalls & parking for an RV or trailer. The 1350 sqft (almost) condo has been professionally decorated to provide maximum style & comfort. The master bedroom has a large flat screen TV, King size bed, private bathroom & outdoor balcony.There is a Flip Flop Sofa in the living room that converts to a Queen size bed.The second bedroom has a King size bed, large flat screen TV & shared bathroom. Both remodeled bathrooms have granite counter tops.The fully stocked kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances and granite counter tops.There is also a kitchen bar with bar stools.The hardwood floors give a warm feeling to the tastefully furnished retreat. The condo (which is a Non-Smoking unit), is beautifully landscaped with lush flowers and trees.
You will be in a very friendly and welcoming community.

The house itself is our personal retreat (although it's close to everything, it's very quiet) and has been in my possession for two years now. During this time it has been completely renovated, and we continue to use it as our getaway home.
The master bedroom features an extremely comfortable double 'pillow' (king-size) bed; opening onto its own private balcony a full bathroom with glassed-in shower is adjacent.

The house itself feels cozy, yet is spacious with an 'indoor-outdoor' feel, and is suitable for children. The property is completely fenced, with gardens galore. The entire focus of my residence is of tranquility, relaxation, romance and laughter...

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the condo, Entered into the gated compound. As soon as we walked into the unit, it smelled like a model home, brand new smell, (love that smell) I was amazed at how roomy it was, There were six of us who stayed and was very comfortable with the accommodations.
My daughter had homework to do and the high speed wireless internet was an asset.
The grounds appear to be well kept, grass is green and edged, the whole property seems like it is continually kept up.

Stayed there for 9 nights with my wife and 2 children (4-yr and 7-yr old). The location of this condo is great and within a 5-min drive, there are 2 grocery stores, a Westfield mall and various restaurants. Access to the major freeways was easy and nearby. The condo itself was well furnished. We did not do any cooking at the condo because on vacation we prefer to enjoy our meals at the restaurants. But the kitchen is well equipped to prepare a simple meal.
My husband and 2 daughters stayed here twice during the summer and fall of 2011. It was spectacular. We have a goal to stay there again this summer even though I lost my 17 year job in aviation during the year of 2012.
We've been staying at this unit for two weeks in september and love it. The location is perfect - just one block to the westfield mall, restaurants and only 5 miles to La Jolla Shores and Kellog park. Our 10-Year-Old daughter was learning to surf, and La Jolla Shores is a very good beginner spot.
The owner is so thoughful about making sure the place is equipped with everthing we need to make our visit comfortable. The family enjoyed the pool, the hot tun, tennis courts and the outdoor grill. Everthing is very clean and well-kept. We won't hesitate to book this unit again in the futur, and we highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time at your condo. It was clean and very comfortable with everything I needed. The grounds were terrific and we took full advantage of the pool area -- and even gave tennis a try. The location was perfect for our needs.

The condo was very clean and as described. We were within 20-30 minutes of many of San Diego's attractions and only about 10 minutes from the beach. We were also within walking distance to shopping, food and gas. We had a very enjoyable stay and would stay again!
The condo is located in a very convenient area less than six miles from the stunning La Jolla coastline. You are within walking distance from an outdoor shopping mall – Westfield UTC - and from the newly redeveloped Nobel recreational center and library.
Within easy driving distances to all of the most popular San Diego attractions including Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Legoland Park, Petco Park for San Diego Padres Baseball, Qualcomm Stadium for San Diego Chargers Football, the Gas Lamp Quarter, Tijuana, Mexico, bullfights, horseracing, Del Mar County Fair, Balboa Park Museums Complex. Or just relax and enjoy the amazing La Jolla sunset.
