Our property is one of the closest private residences located to the 4 season Jay Peak ski, golf, and water-park resort. The house is located in a very scenic, Vermont setting, and guests can access hiking or cross country skiing trails right outside their front door.
Hi my name is Asia Magriby-Palmieri, and I was a professional extreme skier at one time ranked 6th in the world. I grew up in Montreal and was raised skiing jay peak ski resort, then Burke Mountain ski academy and Williams college. I am a mother of 3 , with two little boys that rip Jay Peak up on their skis and snowboards. We have made our home here in Jay, Vermont where we love the mountain culture, and the country vibe. Ask us questions about the area and the mountain, we're here to help!
Asia Magriby- Palmieri purchased this house in 1981
My family purchased this home over 33 years ago, so that my older brothers and I could become skiers and learn to ski on the best mountain in the east coast with the most snowfall! My mother is now retired in Rhode Island and we're looking to fill this incredible property with guests here for world famous skiing and everything Jay, Vermont has to offer.
We love this family home and it's mountain feel, nestled in the woods with the big fireplace and large windows, we're looking forward to other families experiencing special memories here as well.
This home is incredible with its proximity to the ski resort and nestled in the mountains with views, hiking, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing. We're right outside the mountain's door. The house is so special due to the large open concept layout, large windows, incredible wood burning fireplace and historic features. These are all elements that contribute to special gatherings and memorable vacations for friends, family and guests.
The Magriby house was an excellent rental for our family and friends this past winter break . The proximity to Jay peak ski resort can't be beat and the house had all the nescessary items to make our stay comfortable . We particularly loved having a fireplace and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement . The entry room was essential as far as storing all of our ski and snowboard gear- so convenient!
Thanks to Asia and justin for being so accommodating with our arrival . We hope to be back !!
This house was spacious enough to accommodate 8 guys with all our ski/snowboard equipment. Every room was clean and cozy. We definitely enjoyed using the outdoor fireplace on the deck as well as the ping pong table in the basement. I would recommend this house to any family and/or friends looking to enjoy themselves up at Jay Peak.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were two families with elementary/middle school kids, and we stayed for a week during the holidays. The weather was less than ideal as we did not have enough snow, but having a great house more than made up for it. House was clean, very well-equipped (they had every kitchen gadget, utensil and cookware you could possibly need). Ping pong table downstairs was great, and the boys stayed in the large basement bedroom. Girls stayed in the loft, where they had an extra bed, and the adults stayed in the two queen bedrooms on the main floor. Plenty of firewood (thank you!), enough towels and sheets for all, and Wi-Fi service too. Jay's Peak was great too, and thankfully had an indoor water park. Would definitely come back, and owners were easy to work with!
We stayed here for a week of skiing at Jay Peak and the place could not have been better, more than enough room for all seven of us, with everything you could possibly want. A great fire place, which was used every night, while having cocktails and appetizers before dinner. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to ski Jay Peak!
