Was looking for a rental where everyone could have their own room without anyone having to sleep on the couch - this unit was perfect. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, balcony was lovely and beach was awesome. It was so nice not to have to bring beach chairs with us from home - there was a plethora to choose from in the closet! Management company was quick to rectify the missing bed sheets. Only one very minor complaint - could you get a new iron? Thanks for a great week - if we come back to the area we will certainly stay here again.
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo rental. Everything was lovely during our stay. We were a little apprehensive about waiting for the elevators but it was not an issue for us including the one time we were all evacuated from the beach due to lightning storms. We waited in line about 10 minutes at most during that time which was really not long at all. The rooms were all well appointed with everything we needed. This is the first time In a vacation rental that I could not think of one extra item needed in the kitchen! Considering we were two families of adults, there was plenty of room to spread out if needed or gather together to watch the Olympics during breaks from the heat. We all enjoyed our vacation immensely and will definitely look forward to staying here again.
Our family had 6 adults and 5 kids and it met our needs perfectly. It's rare to find a place that holds that many guests and you can comfortably hang out on the couches late at night. The nice over sized sectional was perfect and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Balcony is spacious. Everything is nicely decorated. Very clean. Windy Hill Dunes is a very clean condo. Beach was not overly crowded at all. Pools were always kept clean as well as the grounds. We have tried different condos
Through VRBO for the last few years but I think we found the ONE we will come back to!!
We had an absolutely amazing vacation! Our family would highly recommend this condo. Everything was extremely clean, lots of things to make your vacation easy (cookware, glasses, silverware, washer and dryer and wi-fi) we loved the large TV's and Netflix. Great location! Easy parking (it's tight but all parking at MB is tight). The layout of the pool was great for a family with children who wanted to play and adults who wanted to relax. Easy access to the beach! Everyone was family oriented and we enjoyed meeting lots of folks! We also appreciated the security at the pool and during the night. Just gave us some peace of mind. We will return again as soon as we can. We can't say 1 bad thing~
The condo was very nice and spacious. The kitchen was beautiful and it has everything you can think of and the view was amazing. A lot of restaurants and activities nearby and we saw a lot of parasailing and banana boats. The beach was a little crowded but we were still able to enjoy ourselves as long as you got down there to reserve your spot early enough. The pool was really small so we went to the beach most of the time because there was no room for the kids to even move around while they were in the pool and not enough chairs around the pool so I had to stand by so I could watch the kids. The week we were there it was extremely hot 100+ temps and the elevators had no air or fans circulating the air at all. You could hardly breathe in the elevators especially when several people are in there at the same time. I was a little disappointed in the overall building but like I said the condo itself was wonderful. The parking garage was awful! I have a large SUV and maneuvering it around was nearly impossible. It would take me a good 15 minutes just to get in and out of a parking spot and, upon arrival, I was looking for a luggage cart and they have shopping carts. That was a little embarrassing for the amount of money that was paid for this condo. The discount card was a joke as it doesn't offer discounts to any of the restaurants that we went to and the starter pack they make you buy was another big joke. Make sure you take toilet paper and trash bags!! This condo was nice but I think I'll go back to a resort for our next vacation.
