Tennessee Cabin Rental Photos and Description

Cabin, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-7)

Sunrises and sunsets feature a sweet and calming 'SERENITY BREEZE' at this comfortable and cozy cabin nestled among pine trees on a GORGEOUS MOUNTAIN SIDE!!!

PERFECT LOCATION - five (5) minutes to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Splash Country, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park as well as fine dining, shopping, entertainment, antiques, fishing, golf, and kids’ activities / attractions.

SERENE, PRIVATE, QUIET, AND MAJESTICALLY BEAUTIFUL...AHHH!!! Close to so much, yet seems in the middle of nowhere. Simply a PERFECT LOCATION and so EASILY ACCESSIBLE!

This THREE (3) STORY LOG CABIN has a BALCONY as well as a gas FIREPLACE on both the first and second levels. Each balcony is the full length of this 1600 sq. ft. home which is a LOG CABIN THROUGHOUT.

The lower balcony (completely covered) has a PORCH SWING at one end and a peaceful, LARGE HOT TUB at the other end with a BREATHTAKING VIEW of the mountains!! The upper balcony is covered at one end and has a TABLE AND BENCHES for great outdoor meals / snacks. Each deck has ROCKING CHAIRS and 180° VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS YEAR ROUND. The peaceful sound of rushing water (a NEARBY STREAM) can be heard while on the decks.

Bedrooms are on the second (main) and third (loft) levels. Both bedrooms have KING PILLOWTOP SLEEP NUMBER BEDS for your restful slumber. One side of the bed can be hard and the other soft. Both are MASTER SUITES, each with a bathroom, TV, and DVD player. The second level suite has a JACUZZI. An ADDED BONUS this cabin has over many others, you can SLEEP SOUNDLY because the game room, den, and balcony with the HOT TUB are on the first (lower level). PERFECT for families.

The lower level has a HUGE DEN with a sofa, loveseat, and rocking chair which has INCREDIBLE VIEWS OF THE MOUNTAINS! Additionally, the family room has a 48” TV, DVD player, COMMERCIAL GRADE queen sleeper sofa, and antique bookshelf stocked with books, CDs, and DVDs. The GAME ROOM has a POOL TABLE, antique game table, and ADORABLE CHILDREN'S AREA (with games, puzzles, stuffed animals).

All three levels have CEILING FANS, and a BBQ area is located outside. The kitchen, dining room, and living room have a CATHEDRAL CEILING. For those of you who need INTERNET ACCESS, the living area on the main level has an antique sewing machine base which has been transformed into a CHARMING desk (WiFi included). THE MOUNTAIN DECOR, LOG DECOR, SECLUSION, EASY ACCESS, 180° MOUNTAIN VIEWS, AND SO MUCH MORE WILL INVITE YOU BACK!!!

We just purchased this cabin August '11 and completely RENOVATED the cabin. The MATTRESSES, sofa, loveseat, dining table, and kitchenware are NEW. In addition, all the cleaning products used in the cabin are GREEN FRIENDLY.

Note, the drive up to the cabin is an incline, yet any vehicle should not have any difficulties driving up there. Whenever we go, we just drive a compact car and have no problems getting up the hill. Our driveway is pretty flat and can fit 3 cars.

This is a popular area for vacationers to travel. 'SERENITY BREEZE CABIN' is in an IDEAL LOCATION, perfectly situated halfway between all the major attractions.

About Karen (Pls check the calendar for availability)

We love the Great Smoky Mountains and the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area. We purchased and renovated this cabin in a effort to provide an affordable, luxurious, and rejuvenating rental experience for business, family, quiet, or romantic rental experience.

Karen (Pls check the calendar for availability) purchased this cabin in 2011

Why Karen (Pls check the calendar for availability) chose Tennessee

The Great Smoky Mountains - an incredible place to take a breath, be still, and experience a serenity breeze.

We chose this particular cabin because of it's size, floor plan, location, and amazingly beautiful views. Serenity Breeze has one of the best panoramic and private views in the area. In addition, you couldn't be in a better location - less than 5 minutes to the heart of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, the national park and only 2-3 miles from the Parkway. Check out the map and see how Serenity Breeze has all the conveniences of being close to all the main attractions in the area, yet is also remote and serene.

Couldn't have been more perfect

  • 5 of 5

From the moment we walked in the door, I knew we had chosen the right place. I would highly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in the Gatlinburg area. It's location is perfect- a few miles from either downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge...you are literally right between the two. Everything was perfect in this beautiful mountain getaway. The view from the downstairs porch and the upstairs loft was so amazing. It was everything we could ever ask for in a place for our honeymoon. It was very clean and well maintained. Karen, the owner, was exceptionally nice & responsive. She was very thorough with all details, from her directions to the cabin to the different activities that were in the area (we were big fans of The Titanic museum and the Alpine Coaster of Pigeon Forge). We can't wait to come back and make this one of our yearly traditions!

We give a 5 star rating to this property! Perfect place for family or 2 couples.

  • 5 of 5

We just spent 4 nights in your wonderful Serenity Breeze Smoky Mountain getaway. The property was well located on a high mountainside with a spectacular view of the Smoky Mountains from either of the two decks. We and another couple had a great time relaxing at the cabin which is centrally located with easy access to the tourist attractions of both Pigeon Forge (5 min.) and Gatlinburg (10 min.) Our days started by reading while relaxing in the rocking chairs located on both decks, drinking coffee and planning our day, or just enjoying the great view. We spent 1 day wandering the shops of Gatlinburg but mostly spent our time shopping, eating, and going to dinner shows in Pigeon Forge. If we had a little more time we would have gone to Dollywood and also taken a leisurely drive through the Smoky Mountain National Park. The property was very clean, well maintained, and well equipped for our needs. We found Karen, our owner and host, very easy to work with and very accommodating. In short, it was everything that was promised in the VRBO listing. Thank you Karen, for making our Smoky Mountain vacation so enjoyable. We can only imagine what the view would be like in the fall with all the changing colors!

Great location and great stay!

  • 5 of 5

My family had a wonderful stay in Gatlinburg at Serenity Breeze. From sunsets on the deck, to relaxing in the hot tub, and all of the easy access to the Smokies, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. My children and my in-laws were equally happy. And there's nothing like waking up to black bear paw prints on your car door!!! We will definitely book here again...

Unforgettable

  • 5 of 5

One of the most memorable and unforgettable trips I've ever had! Myself and my now fiancé, went with another couple, they renewed there vows and I was proposed too! I would love for our boys to experience how much fun we had while on our vacation! Definitely a home away from home, very well stocked with everything and anything you may need, minutes away from gatlinburg and pigeon forge as well as many attractions! This trip has left a mark on my heart, can't wait to take our 2 boys and have them experience!

Serenity Breeze: A Perfect Place for Recreation, Relaxation, and Romance

  • 5 of 5

When someone hasn't been on a vacation for over ten years, those "get-away" expectations run exceedingly high! Our stay at Karen's Serenity Breeze cabin exceeded all those expectations. For the two most MapQuest-challenged adults in the South, the directions to the cabin were easy to follow, even arriving at night as we did. The cabin itself was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated; the king-sized beds were comfortable; towels were plentiful; and the kitchen had all the essentials, including that pesky wine corkscrew no one ever seems to have when needed. Going to sleep in the loft bedroom while watching a spectacularly huge ivory moon set behind the mountains and waking up to see those same mountains shrouded in mist and clouds provided an unforgettable visual memory of our stay in the cabin. Listening to the rain on the metal roof, playing pool in the downstairs game room, and jumping into the hot-tub when it was 28 degrees outside were just a few of the highlights of our time at Serenity Breeze. We didn't spend all of our time, however, in the cabin. Serenity Breeze is centrally located to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which allowed us to eat at some wonderful restaurants, such as The Old Mill in Pigeon Forge; visit the Old Smokey Candy Kitchen and other shops in Gatlinburg; and drive through the beautifully scenic and historic Cades Cove. Our vacation was everything we needed it to be--so much so that we extended our stay at Serenity Breeze for two more days. And, even though we feel very protective of "our" cabin, when we returned home, we recommended Karen's Serenity Breeze to our friends! Thank you, Karen, for making our much-needed vacation a week to remember!

Great times with great friends!!

  • 4 of 5

This was our first visit to Tennessee and the area is beautiful. Karen was very easy to work with and the cabin was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities. The location of the cabin was perfect and the views were incredible. Our teenage daughters loved the hot tub! Bring extra towels, especially if you plan to use the hot tub. Also, although the bedroom and loft beds were super comfortable, warm and cozy the sleeper sofa area was not. We could not get the temperature to warm up for the girls without turning our rooms into saunas. There were plenty of extra blankets but the girls let us know it was not fair how comfortable we were when they were freezing. I would highly recommend this property for a family of 4 or 2 couples. The cabin was super close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and very easy to find. I would love to see these amazing views in the fall. Overall, I would highly recommend this cabin for 4 or 6 if you don't have complaining teenagers :)

Owner's Response: Kristine, I totally agree, the area is beautiful! There are lots of beautiful places in the world, and this is definitely one of them. I am sorry to hear you had a few needs that I was unaware of. I wish you would have mentioned those things to me and I would have been more than happy to have resolved them for you. My housekeeper leaves at least two towels for every guest. We would have been glad to have brought more towels for you. We are here to serve you and to take care of all your needs. Regarding the temperature, you came during the winter and yes it is cooler on the lower level. As you know, warm air rises. Had I known the girls were uncomfortable, I would have gotten a space heater for you. I am nervous about space heaters as they can be a fire hazard, but knowing the girls were uncomfortable, I would have taken the risk and gotten one for you. Sorry also to hear the sleeper sofa was not comfortable. I did the best I could with a sleeper sofa and paid extra to get one that was commercial grade. I also had an air mattress that one of them could have used and it is very comfortable. It is similar to a Aero Bed. If I had known they were uncomfortable, I would have purchased a second air mattress for the girls.

The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is the #1 visited national park in the U.S.

Serenity Breeze cabin is in an IDEAL location!!! Not only is it private and has 180 degree mountain views, it's only 3 miles off the Parkway. Driving time to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the entrance of the national park is only 5 minutes away. The turnoff to the cabin is in the stretch of the national park that connects both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so you will not have any traffic from the cabin to either of these two towns.

In addition to all the attractions listed above, there is also bungee jumping, ziplines, bicycling, indoor sky diving, arts and crafts community, go kart, dinner theatres, arcades, awesome hiking trails... Practically everything you can think of. There is something here for everyone!!

Both decks are the full length of the cabin where you can watch both sunrises and sunsets, a full 180 degree mountain view. The main floor deck has a porch swing and rocking chairs. The lower deck has a large hot tub and rocking chairs. The sound of rushing water from a nearby stream can be heard from each of the decks. The main floor living room has a fireplace, loveseat, and antique desk (WiFi available). The lower living area is what we call the den. It's a very large room with a sofa (that converts to a commercial grade queen sleeper), an antique loveseat and chair, a large screen TV, and an antique bookcase with various books, DVDs, CDs, and games for you to enjoy. You will sleep soundly. Each bedroom has a King Pillowtop Sleep Number bed. For that person who likes to pamper herself/himself, there is a jetted tub in the master bedroom. The game room is on the lower floor so you and/or your family can play a game of pool without disturbing anyone in the bedrooms.
