Less than one hour from Melbourne, this exquisite haven is one of the few places in Victoria where you can rent your own private vineyard . This makes it the ideal location for a small, private celebration with family and friends , an intimate and romantic honeymoon or an extraordinary wedding accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula. Or maybe you simply need a few days getaway from it all.

We guarantee you will be enchanted from the moment you enter through the main gates and drive down the olive tree-lined drive.

The luxury retreat features three separate self catering accommodation options which can be booked individually, or together if you would prefer the exclusive use of the estate for your group.

Tussie Mussie has a host of features that will guarantee an experience like no other. The amazing Long Table overlooking the vineyard and the unique outdoor wood fired Pizza Oven area are unique memorable places to socialise with friends and family.

In addition there are also several barbecues on the property and a kitchen garden with herbs and vegetables, allowing you to cook up an impressive feast and enjoy alfresco dining. The property is surrounded by perfectly manicured gardens and there is a full size all-weather tennis court with racquets and balls for your enjoyment.

Inside the lodge there is a separate media room, complete with comfy recliners, for watching your favourite movies, and a number of different living areas for you to relax.

We can help you to arrange a number of additional services during your stay e.g. private chef, pizza caterers , babysitting and even a massage therapist.The additional large Vineyard Kitchen and Dining Room in the garden, for fourteen guests is also available to rent by separate arrangement.

Its like going out to dinner in your own private restaurant, without ever having to leave the estate or worry about a taxi home!!

*Please note the property is a working vineyard and therefore, there are two unfenced dams on the estate . Children must be supervised at all times.

By car

From Melbourne CBD

Follow the coastline from Melbourne via Frankston to access Port Phillip bayside towns (Mt Eliza, Mornington, Rosebud, Rye, Sorrento, Portsea).

To access villages alongside Westernport Bay (Tyabb, Hastings, Flinders), take the M1 linked with the Western Port Highway.

For a faster journey (60 minutes) take the M1 and join the Eastlink tollway, paying special attention to the eclectic mix of roadside artwork, including the giant bird of Emily Floyd's Public art strategy and Callum Morton's high-rise hotel. Take the Mornington Peninsula Freeway and then Moorooduc Freeway to quickly reach the Mornington Peninsula.

By rail and bus

Jump on a metropolitan train service (running every 15-20 minutes) from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne to Frankston, then connect through Hastings to Stony Point on Westernport Bay.

By ferry

Choose the scenic option and spot dolphins as you make the stunning ferry crossing from Queenscliff on the Great Ocean Road to Sorrento. The Sorrento Car And Passenger Ferry departs daily from Sorrento Pier and Queenscliff Harbour, every hour on the hour from 7am until 6pm, all year round. Foot passengers, bicycles, cars, towed caravans and trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and truck are all welcome.

You can also take the ferry between the Mornington Peninsula and French Island and Phillip Island.

We are located just 1 hour away from the Melbourne CBD and less than 90 minutes from the Melbourne International Airport

The Mornington Peninsula region is easily reached along either the Eastern Freeway or the scenic coastal road hugging Port Phillip Bay
