This beautiful, quiet, contemporary and spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath boasts vaulted ceilings, plush carpet and lots of light throughout and has everything you need to make you stay enjoyable and effortless.
The open living room/dining/kitchen space includes a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with Cable and DVD and includes access to the patio.
The large, private patio is a wonderful place to have drinks, grill, dine or just relax. The pool and hot tub are just steps away from the patio.
The kitchen has everything you need for entertaining and cooking up a great meal.
The master includes two double closets, a TV and an en suite bath with his/hers sinks and large walk-in shower. The second bath includes a huge soaking tub and shower.
Besides the front door entrance, there is also a two car garage with entry into the condo through the laundry room which includes a full size washer/dryer.
Being in the middle of downtown, you?ll find it is a short walk to the world famous fountain park, restaurants, shops, hiking trails and much, much more.
Fountain Hills and nearby Scottsdale are renowned for world-class golf and offer dozens of championship courses on which to play.
If gambling is your thing, there are three popular Arizona casinos close by. One 5 miles away and two others within a 15 mile radius.
Nearby Saguaro Lake is a wonderful recreational area for sightseeing, boating, jet skiing, swimming, horseback riding and so much more.
Difficult to know where to start really. We are former condo owners for 9 years, and landlords for winter snow birds in Fountain Hills ourselves. After selling our unit a few years ago we started visiting and renting while we are there to visit our relatives. So we are well aware of the hard work involved in stocking and maintaining a unit for part rime renters. It has to be a labor of love when you do it right. And let us say TJ has gone over the top in all areas. We like to compare how well we use to stock our unit for our guests, with units we now rent when we visit beautiful Fountain Hills Arizona. We were stunned and taken aback with how well this unit is stocked...TJ has everything you might need and things you never even think about. It's move in ready as they say, which reflects the attention to detail that is required to keep guests happy. That is not always easy, believe me. It is a beautiful condo, and the pool is only 15 to 20 feet from the covered patio, a real plus...what an amenity that is. Also located in a in a very quiet and peaceful complex. The design and lay out are perfect...we loved the floor plan. It is open, airy, roomy and and so bright. And you will be close to everything you may want to do for entertainment. Dining, desert hiking, Casino, all within 5 to 10 minutes from your front door. Downtown Fountain Hills is an easy short walk away. And also close to the famous Fountain on the lake, just a couple of minutes away. My wife always goes to the Fountain in the mornings to take her walk around the beautiful lake...the trail around the Lake is 1.25 miles, so it's a perfect morning stroll. We would recommend this condo to anyone...do not hesitate. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet getaway with every conceivable amenity imaginable, this is your place. You can not ask for more than what TJ has provided here. Job well done.

We stayed in this condo for a 3-month period, from September through November, so we were able to experience both the end of the hot summer and the beginning of the cool winter. We were highly pleased with the condo itself and also with TJ, the owner.
The condo is very comfortable and attractive. We were delighted at how well-stocked and well-decorated the unit was. We were quite impressed by the light and open feel of the unit, with the high ceiling and the windows in so many directions. We especially loved the dining area, with large windows on 3 sides, and the living room, which is lit by high windows on the north and east. We were also quite fond of the patio. Both of the bathrooms are quite nice. In many ways, we were impressed by how the architect designed this unit to allow in light, yet provide a sense of privacy. For example, we were amazed by the little, hidden alcove that allows light into the main bath. This unit may have one of the best designs in the entire area.
This condo complex is quite small, giving the grounds a cozy and comfortable feel. The pool was only a few steps from the patio door, quite convenient. Desert quail live on the grounds, so each day we were treated to the sights and sounds of quail scurrying about.
As for the location, we very much liked being in the small town of Fountain Hills, yet with easy access to additional amenities in Scottsdale and Mesa. We liked that we were only a short walking distance from the city’s famous fountain and the nearby shops. We were also only a short drive from some great hiking trails in Scottsdale's McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The hills surrounding Fountain Hills are beautiful, and we loved the desert vegetation – such as the saguaro, barrel cactus, and ocotillo.
Finally, we were quite pleased with how well TJ treated us. In addition to stocking the condo with nearly every conceivable convenience that we might need, he stressed that we should feel free to contact him if we encountered any problems. On those rare occasions when we did encounter a minor problem (such as when the battery in the smoke detector started chirping, but it was too high for us to reach), he was there promptly to address the issue.
In short, if we return to Phoenix in the future – which we certainly hope to do – we are first going to see if TJ’s condo is available!
A great rental within walking distance of the Avenue of the Fountains business district and the Great Fountain itself. A number of good restaurants are nearby (our favorites include Euro Pizza Cafe and the All American Sports Grill). The unit is in the Terrace I association with mostly retired owners living there. My wife and I have rented quite a number of winters and love the area, the roomy unit, and especially the owner (TJ). He has frequently upgraded amenities in the townhome, and has been very responsive to any issues that have arisen. The pool and hot tub area is just a skip off the unit's patio.
TJ, we could not be more pleased staying at your condo. Everything past renters have said is true. This would also be an ideal place for someone who needed to be close to Mayo Clinic which is about 8 min. away.

Our stay in fountain hills was fabulous. The condo was perfect. It was bright and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we could possibly want. Just steps away from a beautiful pool and hot tub. T.J. and Micheal were very cordial and helped make our stay that much nicer. We have rented through V.R.B.O. on many occasions and this was by far the nicest property we have ever stayed in.
The neighborhood experience was private, secure and very minimal traffic/noise during the day and evening. The condo sensation was cozy and comfortable, as it was pleasant to unwind and relax. The condo interior throughout is clean, bright and roomy, never felt cramped, the kitchen, master bedroom and two bathrooms are large. There is lots of interior storage for luggage and camping/back-backing gear to be hidden away. All the household appliances and utilities were really easy to operate. The two car garage was an added bonus. I’m planning to return to this condo for another stay.
