The bright and sunny family room features a woodburning fireplace, a flat screen tv, a large leather sectional and beautiful hardwood floors.
The dining room also features a woodburning fireplace for added ambiance and can seat up to 8 persons at the table - just add the leaf.
The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and features all stainless appliances, an electric range, dishwasher, beautiful cabinetry and silestone counter tops. There is an island bar area with seating for four which is perfect for entertaining your family and friends. 55 Snow Road accommodates up to 14 adults. The spacious master bedroom located upstairs has a king size bed and a twin sleeper sofa. And is naturally lit by a skylight. The upstairs guest room with a private direct-access balcony features a queen size bed with a cozy oversized love seat that can accomodate an additional 2 persons. A lovely bathroom with a shower and tub is located between the two bedrooms.
The downstairs bedroom also features a queen size bed and an adjacent reading room with an oversized chair that folds out into a twin bed for extra sleeping space. Perfect for the wee ones.
The finished-out lower level (basement) provides a private bedroom with a queen size bed and sleeper sofa.
A tiled bathroom with a shower is right next to the bedroom.
All four bedrooms have quality mattresses, along with all the necessary linens, blankets and towels needed to make your visit easy and enjoyable. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house and central air conditioning / heat to keep you cool in the summer and warm and toasty in the cooler months. A washer/dryer, private bedroom and game room is located in the basement.
A footpath to a private bay beach just 2 tenths of a mile walk from the house.
WiFi internet access is available, and there is cable, and a flat screen TV in every room. Outside there is an outdoor shower, various patio tables and chairs on the decks, along with a gas grill. Additional outdoor furniture can be found throughout the property, providing lovely areas to sit and relax under the trees or on the deck with family and friends while enjoying the views and the smell of the ocean. Our favorite spot is the hammock!
Studio garage apartment also available for lease (SEASONAL). King size bed, sofa, sleeper love-seat, flat screen TV, kitchenette and full bath with stand-up shower. Sleeps up to three (3).

Eastham, with its vast town conservation areas including The Cape Cod National Seashore Park and the Massachusetts Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary, has some of the best, most diverse, and most accessible nature spots in the East. Eastham has it all, including wooded trails, salt marshes, open ocean, protected bays and fresh water ponds. Sunsets that defy description, but will be kept in your heart forever, can be enjoyed from any of our beautiful bay beaches.
