My family and I enjoyed our stay in Geneseo! The rental property was very clean and there was plenty of space for my family of 4. We were close to Letchworth State Park. The restaurants that we tried in town were good and we also enjoyed a few stops at Bryne Dairy. It was a great trip and we enjoyed exploring New York State.
Outstanding rental - extremely clean and appeared to have been remodeled recently. Owner responded quickly to e-mails and accessing the unit was very simple and easy. Located near downtown Geneseo - restaurants and shops within a short walk. Was a great weekend and I would highly recommend the rental property.
Returning to SUNY Geneseo
Was the perfect place for our reunion weekend in Geneseo!
Great stay! The house is almost new with lovely wood floors, three spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms and a fun kitchen to cook in. It is located downtown across from the beautiful park and at the end of Main Street which is lovely to stroll both early morning and late evening.
This bucolic town was spotless with clean streets, well tended plantings and flowers, and of course Emmeline the bear fountain front and center. The views from my old high school into the Genesee valley were just as beautiful as I remember. The free concert in the park was a lovely perk as was the ice cream parlor.
Jason Thiegels, our land lord, was professional, personable and very helpful from first contact on. He responds to questions and concerns very quickly and kindly. He runs a great property and I would certainly rent from him again.
A place like home.
Townhome is conveniently located near shopping area, cinema, a good ice cream place (Byrne Dairy) and so on. It is a very well constructed townhome for its purpose. There's ample parking in front of the home, clean, very spacious (especially the basement), well supplied with linens, bath soaps, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils/pots & pans and much more! Kudos to Jason for providing coffee and nice bottles of wine :-)).
Jason was nice to work with and easy to be in touch with when we had questions.
From now on, every time we visit Geneseo, my family and I would love to stay at the townhome again!
Well maintained and nicely decorated.
Everything was great. The appliances are on the newer side. Everything looks nice and clean. The downstairs basement bathroom has a heated floor which was a very nice touch. Owner was quick to respond to questions and very generous with the accommodations.
The location is in a nice little college town and had Wegmans, Wal-Mart, a liquor store, and a 7-eleven nearby so it was easy to grab groceries and random items that we forgot. It's also fairly close to Rochester and the Canandaigua wine trail, which were nice experiences.
