This is truly a great family get-away destination! True Ski-in, Ski-out, located at the Quicksilver ski lift at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, Colorado, this quality, three bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom townhome is a two block walk to Historic Main Street. Pull your car into the over-sized, single car garage and walk everywhere. The spacious, comfortable tri-level townhome has an open design and features a comfortable great room with flat screen TV and DVD player and large windows.

Just elevated from the living room is the full service, suitably stocked kitchen and dining room with necessary appliances; dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own townhome.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also a top-quality built-in twin bed. Upstairs, you’ll find two more twin beds in a LARGE spacious loft with old-school VHS player, lots of videos, and video games for the kids. (Sorry, I don't have any pictures of the loft.)

The unit sleeps 7 in beds.

Great ski in ski out Breckenridge townhouse

This is a lovely rental and exactly as described. Although you definitely don't need a car, it was particularly convenient to be able to park our SUV in the garage. It was also nice that there was coffee and filters and K-kups, and a complete assortment of condiments in the cabinets and fridge when we arrived. We would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding property with a perfect location.

It was absolutely wonderful to drive to Breckinridge, unload the car and never have to get in again until we needed to leave.

My stay started out wonderfuly, with the owner greeting me personally and showing me around the town home. She made me feel comfortable and like I was at home!

The base of Peak 9 is right out the back door, we were able snap on the skis and be in the lift line within minutes of leaving the condo. The same goes for probably over 50 restaurants. The walk to Main Street is 5 minutes.

I loved the wonderful updates of the town home. It has a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. The bath, living and bedrooms are also new. Nice sized TV and wifi made everyone happy. The fully furnished kitchen provided all that you need if you decide to cook at "home."

I will definitely be back!

Heaven in the Rockies.

What a wonderful place. The condo is beautifully updated with the highest quality imaginable. Very centrally located. A very easy walk to downtown Main Street as well as to the slopes. Once you are there, you are part of breckenridge. Would return again and again.

We feel blessed to have this wonderful place as our second home. We live on the plains of Colorado and enjoy our weekend trips to Breckenridge. We purchased this Cedars Townhome when our children were just learning to ski and now they are grown up and off to college and beyond. What a wonderful place it has been to make memories!

Why Christine Mellin chose Breckenridge

The location of our Cedars unit is great in so many ways. Because we are so close to the lifts, the kids have always carried their own equipment... even when our daughter was only 4! It's easy for one person in the family to ski for part of the day, while the rest of the group continues to hit the slopes hard! If someone is not a skier, there are plenty of other options within walking distance, shopping, massage, ice skating, etc. Also, it's wonderful to walk to dinner and not have to worry about parking or assigning a designated driver. We love our location!

What makes this townhome unique

Walk across the bridge, then ski-out, ski-in! Our town home property is ON THE SKI HILL a 3 second down hill ski from the Quicksilver lift. Walk to happy hour and dinner. No car hassle for parking or designated driver!
