Right in the heart of Breckenridge

  • 5 of 5

Really enjoyed my stay here and the fact that it was pet friendly. You couldn't ask for a better location in Breckenridge. The owner was prompt with responses to any requests for information both before and during the stay. The pictures are accurate as everything has been updated and looks very nice. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Breck.

A gem!

  • 5 of 5

Condo was very clean, spacious and very conveniently located. Having the garage parking was a huge plus. We would definitely stay there again. The owner and management company was extremely helpful and readily available to answer any questions or concerns.

Great location

  • 5 of 5

Nice comfortable place. Close to everything, including Carter Park and Illinois Creek trail. Loved the fact we didn't have to deal with parking in town. Everything is within walking distance.

Very nice Condo and great location

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect spot for my trip to Breckenridge for the BreckCreate Event in June. It was close to shopping and all the events off Main St.

It had an extremely well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and very clean. It was as described. Overall I recommend this place highly. I hope to be back for the event next June. It has wonderful art displays and installations all over the Historic District, with an amazing digital art display by LA Artist Ryan Patrick Griffin, with live Music right by the Blue river. The best thing was it was right across form the Grocery store for easy stock up, but with all the amazing restaurants, you will want to eat out every night!

Nice condo, great location!

  • 4 of 5

Stayed for 3 nights and the condo worked out great. The kitchen is nice and modern, wood-burning fireplace with wood readily provided was great, and the walk-out sliding door was very nice. Location couldn't be better just off main street, easy walk to ski lift, and a couple blocks to Carter Park. Only suggestion for improvement is the sleeper sofa mattress could be due for update, not too comfortable. We hope to be back in the summer!

Good stay

  • 5 of 5

I have stayed in this property before.

Location is great, right on Main ST with all the restaurants & a good Italian Michaels 10 yards from your front door, ate there 3 times!!

Getting to the chairlift is easy, the free shuttle bus to Beaver run is 35 yards away, can walk it in ski boots less tan 10 minutes on the bus.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people, much more comfortable than a hotel room. Would use it again.
