You absolutely cannot beat the location! Historic downtown main street Breckenridge! Right across the street from the base of peak 9, and then one block to the quicksilver chair lift. There are conveniences such as a grocery store, post office, liquor store, and many restaurants within 2 blocks!

As convenient as ski in/ski out, since you are only minutes from the main ski lift at base of peak 9, but you are in historic Breckenridge! Leave your car in the garage and walk to shopping, restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.!

Great condo, great location, great value. Condo had every amenity needed to make this feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this unit & look forward to staying at this location again. Thanks so much for offering an affordable, great pet friendly property, they're hard to come by in Breck!

This condo was a great place in Breck. Less than a block off Main Street, so walking distance to downtown. The updates were very nice, and the price is great. We enjoyed our time.

Excellent, older property with everything you need

This is our second visit to this property and we will be going back again. Location, location, location. This property is within easy walking distance of everything in Breck including the lifts. It is well equipped so you can move right in and enjoy your stay. Biggest plus (+++) is the parking space. There is a store across the street and you can get essentials there, plus beer and wine. Hike, bike, walk to lifts from the front door, plus all the shops and bar/restaurants of Breck. It's not the most luxurious, but it is very comfortable for 2/3 people. We love it here and we'll be back.

Excellent property!

Our stay in Breckenridge for the Craft Spirits festival was made even better by staying in Vincent's place. We spent a long weekend in town with our daughter and son-in-law. The location could not have been more convenient to downtown. We literally parked our car in the secure garage under the building and never moved the vehicle. Although Vincent cautioned us the place may be too small for four adults, it was absolutely perfect! Both the bed and the mattress on the pullout sofa were extremely comfortable. The bed had a thick foam mattress cover that was great! The place has everything you need for a weekend - dishes, all utensils (including a corkscrew!) a full size coffeemaker, microwave, full size stove/oven, toaster oven & fridge. Previous visitors left a few things like sugar, salt & pepper, etc. We didn't get a chance to use the fireplace due to the beautiful weather in Breckenridge, but I believe it is a wood burning fireplace. Wifi is easy to access and there is a TV in both the living room & the bedroom. A very nice touch was the fact the bathroom has sample size shampoo, conditioner, etc. Plenty of towels for the kitchen & bathroom. The grocery store & liquor store are directly across the street so it was easy to stock up. The place was quiet and private. Amazing given the fact you just step out the door and you're on Main Street in a 1/4 block walk. Thanks for a fantastic weekend! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Nice place...great location

I couldn't have been happier with this little one bedroom condo. It had everything I needed. A parking place was included, but there were several restaurants within one block and others were two blocks away......parking is a bit of a problem in this town, though I was usually able to find a spot.. The town in delightful and the people are nice, too. I would certainly return to Breck and also to this nice condo.
