This 3 story modern design beach home features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 1/2 bathroom and a private 1 car garage. There's no 'cramming in' at Costa Blanca because of the ample space each bedroom provides. It is a short walking distance to the beach and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping areas. It is privately owned and exceptionally maintained. From the 2nd floor, you can sit on one of two balconies and enjoy the view of South Padre skyline and partial views of both beach and the bay. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax while you watch the sunset. What a great way to start or end your day! You can also sit on rear balcony and enjoy the full view of large lap pool.

Throughout the home, you can expect to find the normal amenities: washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi,cable TV, etc., but Costa Blanca also offers luxury and elegance: granite counters, marble floors, elegant furniture & 4 balconies.

This home is perfect for two small families or a group of 12.

This vacation home has 4 balconies with partial views of both Beach and Bay side. It is great for a group of no more than 12.

The town home is a short walking distance from beach access. It is also walking distance to restaurants and several shops. The island shuttle (The Wave) provides free transportation to the mainland and throughout the island. Unit B is not in the rental pool and at times is occupied by our on site property manager.

About Lulu

When traveling with my 3 children, I always prefer to rent a private home with all its amenities instead of a hotel. This allows me to relax and spend quality time with my children. Having a fully stocked kitchen for home cooked meals is always a plus.

Great for a group of 11 girls!

Great house with enough room for 11 girls to have beds to sleep in. Great kitchen and outdoor grill to cook dinner every night. Living room was big enough for everyone to watch a movie and eat meals. Good outdoor space with a nice large pool. Close to beach access and close to night life as well. Overall, it was a great house and our stay was amazing!

Nice place, good location

Very nice house. Lulu was very helpful. The dryer was not working properly so she sent a repairman as soon as possible. When we learned it would take a few days for parts, she offered us use of the dryer in the adjacent unit (which was vacant). She also arranged to get us a better TV when I complained that the old rear projection unit would not accommodate an HDMI input for Netflix and Amazon streaming (we were staying for a month or I wouldn't have cared).

Clean, well stocked for families. Close to beach , restaurants and shopping.

There were 4 adults and 3 children in our party. Plenty of space to get away from each other and no one ever had to wait for a bathroom. Balconies off each bedroom gave us best seats in house for New Year's fireworks , both bay and gulf side. Plenty of towels. Worked with Lulu and she was very helpful with pointers on places to eat and things to do our first time on island. Keep in mind this is 3 levels so there are stairs but ground level entry. Garage was great and plenty of beach toys and chairs if one forgets to bring them. My family and I all agree we would recommend Costa Blanca Unit A and will try to get it again for our next visit.

Great vacation home with a nice pool and good access to the beach

We enjoyed our time at the beach and in South Padre. This home was a great place to stay and all of my family were thrilled with the home. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The home is in a nice quiet area. Everyone loved the pool and were in it constantly when not at the beach. We grilled several nights on the gas grill. Plus there are many great restaurants close by. There are 2 access points close by to access the beach with one having restroom facilities. You can't beat the awesome beach and my grand kids and their parents had a blast. This home is a great place to stay as you enjoy all South Padre has to offer. It will be an option for any future trips to South Padre.
