It has large living room spaces for multiple families, it is a very short walk to the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, it has a pool, all the furnishings are first class, the mattress are an upgraded memory foam euro top mattress, kitchen is fully furnished, beautiful views, close to all the restaurants and attractions and large decks for social gatherings.

The most unique benefit is the swim spa pool. The pool can be heated in the winter and has powerful jet pumps that you can swim against. It also has seats with messaging jets. This spa is the same size as a typical pool, but also has these added benefits. It is a feature of the house that I guarantee you will enjoy.

What a great beach house!! It had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were so comfortable, and lap pool/ spa was definitely a plus! The walk to the beach was an easy walk. All in all, this house was perfect for my family!!

Nice house in questionable location
This house was very comfortable, space well designed, like the house itself. It was not across the street from the beach as advertised. There is a house on the beach side of it which made it necessary to walk the block in order to get to the beach, it is a VERY busy street to cross also. The sand lot next to the house blew sand spurs onto back deck, got into the house and stuck in the rugs. The carwash next door was loud and lights never off, nighttime pool use was not relaxing.
The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious, bathrooms in each bedroom are convenient. Laundry area is on second floor and very nice.
The kitchen was spacious, many spices and some staples were in the cupboards. There are a reasonable amount of kitchen utensils, could recommend getting an ice cream scoop or a few large spoons.

In response to your other issues, my website states that my house is across the street from the beach and the only road between the home and the beach is Thomas Drive, therefore it is located across the street from the beach. My website provides a map showing the exact location of the home in relation to the beach and every guest has access to this map for review prior to booking. Also, I own the home located directly behind this property and guests are welcome to walk through that property. Thomas drive has a max speed of 35 miles per hour with a grass median in the middle and is very easy to cross. I own the lots next door and spray commercial grade round-up on the entire property 4 times a year killing all the sandspurs, but unfortunately if you live near the beach they will return. They are heavy and can't blow up on the porch, the only way they could have made it to the porch or in the home is if they were on someone’s shoes, which is why I have tile floors on the entire bottom floor. There is a car wash next door with a vacant lot between my home and the car wash. I have installed a fence between the home and the car wash for privacy. I have been renting 3 homes in the same location and I haven’t had any complaints of the noise from the car wash (please refer to all my other reviews).
Other homes may be available across the street for a premium price.

Very nice getaway with the family
We had a great time at this very nice location that's just a few minutes from the beech on foot. We met Jason on the day of check in and he went through the house with you and covered any questions you may have and also gave some nice pointers on restaurants you may want to check out. I was initially worried about privacy and noise since its actually a house that has two units side by side, but that was no problem at all. We had some small kids with us that did some minor damage to the kids bathroom and instead of Jason taking a lot of our deposit, he only deducted a small amount, I was very impressed with him not taking advantage of us on that. Very trustworthy owner, if you have kids and plan on staying, please let them know not to hang on the shower curtain rod! So he doesn't have to do that again!
