This is one of the best places to stay in Provincetown.
The location is perfect: It's on a quiet street in the middle of town.
The unit: A one bedroom in a two family house (the proprietors own both units), it has a great deck for grilling and eating outside, a kitchen that is very amendable for cooking, a nice parking spot, great gardens, a king-size bed in the bedroom, and a bathroom that has a tub/shower.
Owners: They work hard to make the place nice, from the artwork on the walls to the personal care products they provide.
Summary: this was our second year here and we will be back next year. We give this unit the highest recommendation!
We spent 5 days in Provincetown from June 24th to June 28th to visit this cute Cape Cod town. We didn't need the car at all as everything was close by. The apartment was cute and was just the right size for a couple. On the night of our arrival we were stuck in traffic and arrived later than expected and Gordon made it very convenient by texting us with details about the keys so we didn't have to worry about the time we were getting there any longer. When we got there I was happy to find that the lights were on, the keys were easy to find and we had a comfy bed and all the amenities needed for our stay.
Thanks to Gordon and Vincent for sharing your space with us, we had a great time...

This was a great place to stay near the center of PTown. The place was clean and in awesome condition, the deck (under the second floor so it would be usable in any but the windiest wet weather) was comfortable, the wifi perfect, and the grill worked great. The overall excellent condition of the apartment shows that the owners work hard to make it comfortable. We highly recommend staying here. Its the perfect place to stay in Provincetown.
The location of this property is excellent; a few blocks from the center and the action, however you can come back to a peaceful and quite place. The property is very charming, it has everything one needs to be comfortable alone, or have a group of friends for dinner. All the appliances are in excellent condition, ah, and did I mention a washer and dryer and a grill outside your porch. I can't wait to go back, and hopefully be able stay in that beautiful property again!
This charming 1st fl apt. has everything a couple or single person could ask 4. Their yard is HUGE & beautiful! 2nd time we've stayed here and it has gotten even better! Clean, airy, tastefully done, and very welcoming. You feel right at home immediately and only imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here again & again. The owners are very attentive to the guest's needs and it shows by the amenities they provide for your comfort. For a place to rent in Ptown, look no further, but take care of it, I'll be back!!!
We had a great stay on Standish street during Bear Week 2013. We look forward to going back in 2014. Gordon & Vincent made everything so easy. The place is just perfect for two people and you can't beat the location. Love the parking space and the little private patio area out back.
We are located just over a block from Commercial Street, the main strip of Provincetown. Provincetown has a rich history. The Pilgrim's First landed here, at Long Point, and signed the Mayflower Compact out in Provincetown Harbor. Due to the lack of farm land and drinking water, they continued on to Plymouth. Once a bustling fishing village, Provincetown is also home to the birth of the American Theatre as well many renowned Artists. Today, Provincetown provides and welcomes an eclectic mix of people.
If you feel, as most people do, that you don’t need a car in Town, there are several Ferry options from Boston that will get you here in 90 minutes. Cabs are available at the Ferry although most enjoy the walk down Commercial Street. There is also a bus and Cape Air Airlines offers service from several East Coast cities.
There are several bicycle rental shops in town and close to the property. Must see attractions include Herring Cove Beach located just over a mile away, and The National Seashore provides miles of trails for biking or hiking.
Provincetown offers many great restaurants, as well as a variety of Shops, Art Galleries, and Night Clubs. The World Famous Boatslip Tea Dance is just a short stroll.
Cape Cod National Seashore Park
In 1961, President Kennedy created the Cape Cod National Seashore and in doing so ensured that three-quarters of Provincetown would be preserved in its wilderness state as part of the Cape Cod National Seashore Park. Two of the best beaches in America, Herring Cove Beach and Race Point, are located within the CCNS along with miles of bicycle trails.
