The apt offers hot & cold air con, has accessibility from the underground car park by lift, & has slopes leading up to the lift area & sloped pavements in the communal gardens, making it more accessible for the elderly or infirm. It is a non-smoking apt, but smoking is permitted on the terrace. Beach towels are available if required, on request. Unfortunately I decline inquiries from young Male or Female parties.

Beautiful clean and safe apartment, perfect!

A group of 4 of us stayed for 6 nights in August. Sue was so helpful with emails before the holiday, information and helping sort out transfers. The apartment is close to the centre, with a few different options of walking in. Taxis's were very easy to get too. It was lovely and clean and the complex was beautiful, very looked after and safe. The pool was never busy and perfect for relaxing and sunbathing - the added bonus of a very clean toilet right next to the pool. The apartment was very big and the terrace was just perfect!

I have stayed in Puerto Banus before and this location was by far better for those not having a car - just pre plan a supermarket trip!

We had some lovely evening meals on the terrace and some in the town, so much choice.

We would definitely be back again!

Fantastic! We loved everything!

Absolutely fantastic apartment....walking distance to shops and beach...bus stop 5 mins walk away so we were able to get a bus to Marbella old town and Estepona. Loved walking around the port and seeing all the yachts and flash cars!

The complex was beautifully maintained...clean and well looked after. The pool was fantastic. ..spent lots of lazy hours beside it and in it! We loved the huge terrace in the apartment...its much bigger in reality than the photos suggest...we spent most of our time out there rather than in the apartment ....Sue was so helpful even going out of her way to provide some basic provisions for us as we arrived late at night. There was nothing we could fault except that it all went waaaay too quick!

Great aparment

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment. Stayed for 4 days for a lady's get together. Had a superb time. The apartment is in a good location for getting around Marbella. We used buses and taxis which we found to be very good. This was the first time that I have booked accommodation direct and was a bit sceptical. Sue ( lovely, helpful lady) was amazing from my first contact with her through to my return home and she put my mind at ease. I was refunded the breakage deposit on the day I returned home. I would not hesitate in returning to the apartment in the future. Many thanks Sue xx

Fantastic, spacious and clean apartment!

We (a Dutch family of five) stayed here for two weeks in July/August. Sue is very helpfull both during our stay and at time of booking. The apartment is spacious and well equiped. It has three large bedrooms and there is enough wardrobe for your clothes and suitcases. The two bath rooms are also ideal!

We have rented a car because we wanted to see something about the surroundings and to go to the large supermarkets because they are too far away to walk (especially with high temperatures carrying grocerybags).

We highly recommend this apartment and we will come back in the future.

lovely apartment and good location

myself and 3 friends stayed in this lovely apartment for 11 nights,were met by Sue who was very helpful,the apartment was very spacious and had everything needed for our stay and the terrace was lovely to have a meal and drink,the gardens and pool were very well maintained and were very quiet.Within walking distance to the beach and also to Puerto Banus and San Pedro.Would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment for a family holiday.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August this year, with our 2 daughters. The apartment is managed by Sue, who was very helpful from the time of booking, right through to our departure. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area, which is really helpful when you arrive in a new place. She met us at the apartment, and was able to tell us where the local supermarket/restaurants and beaches were, saving us valuable holiday time, as we didn't have to go looking around blindly.

The apartment itself was both spacious and well equipped - I can't think of anything which we needed. It was also clean, and well maintained. The 2 "double" bedrooms actually have super-king sized beds - my husband and I rarely have the luxury of a bed which is the same size as our one at home, so this was a bonus! We also felt that the large ceiling fans in each room were fantastic- they were quiet, but worked well. This coupled with the use of the air conditioning during the night meant that we all slept really well for the whole of our stay, (even though it was often 30 degrees when we went to bed at midnight!!).

One of the main reasons we booked this apartment was because the terrace looked so nice in the photos. I have to say, we spent more time out there, than in the actual apartment. The views are lovely, and the area has large comfortable casual seating area, as well as a dining set, and sun loungers. It was really great! The wifi meant that we could listen to music out on the terrace, which was fantastic.

The pool area is lovely. The pool itself is maintained daily, and the water is nice and clean. The pool area is quiet during the daytime, and we met with other British and Irish families, so the kids made friends and played nicely. The grass area around the pool is great, as the kids could run around freely, without fear of slipping and splitting their heads open! The apartment comes with 2 sun-loungers which you can take down to the pool, and also a lightweight deckchair, so there is no need to go at 6am and "stake your claim"! All in all, our "pool days" were very stress free compared to the ones we had on package holidays.

The beaches in the area are very nice. If we had a minor niggle, it would be that there is quite a major road between the apartment complex and the beaches /Puerto Banus. However, there is a subway in the nearby Casino, and an underpass which provide easy access. Also, there is no issue with road noise. All round great apartment! Fully recommend!

The apt is located within 800 meters of the nearest beach, & 15 minutes walk to the center of the world famous Puerto Banus, with its bustling Marina, shops & the all famous department store El Corte Ingles. This area comes alive in the evening with bars, restaurants & nightclubs, many of the shops remaining open well after 10pm.

The nearby Spanish town of San Pedro has many restaurants & shops, & a great market on a Thursday morning for all those gifts you wish to buy to take home.

Marbella is only a 15 minute drive with its lazy promenade, & endless designer shops.

The famous historic town of Ronda with its spectacular cliff top setting, is only an hours drive.

Gibraltar Rock the British Colony famous for duty free tobacco, spirits & Barbary Apes, rising up out of the Mediterranean is quite impressive on approach, this too is no more than 1 hour from Puerto Banus.

There are children's leisure & water parks in Benalmadena, & the famous Selwo Safari Park is only 20 minutes drive.

Golf: Andalucia has become a Mecca for golfers over the past few decades, due to its fine weather that makes it possible to play golf the whole year around. 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking & the remaining balance paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The apt will not be reserved until the deposit has been received.

A security deposit of 250 gbp is required, to be paid into my UK bank account for any breakages, damage, loss of keys, excess cleaning etc.., (please note excess cleaning will be charged for). The deposit is fully refundable, once the Apt has been checked & cleaned, if it is as found.
