This condo rents for $95.00 a night. There is a $65.00 cleaning fee which will be added to the total. This condo also rents per month. Please contact owner for monthly rate. It is in an excellent location. It is 5 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to the Alamo and Downtown Riverwalk. There are many golf courses located within a 10 minute radius. Lots of shopping at The Quarry and at North Star Mall which are 5 minutes away. Sea World and Six Flags are 15-20 minutes & 1 hour drive to Austin.
The unit has all new appliances, new queen bed, new queen sleeper sofa with mattress , washer and dryer. It also has TV, Blue Ray/DVD, Cable, and Internet access. Comes stocked with ,pots,pans,plates and utensils. linen and towels are provided. off street parking is provided. No smoking allowed in condo, but there is a quiet courtyard which provides a comfortable space to sit in the gazebo or cookout on the grill.
The property was in a good location to access all of the roadways. The only downside was that the person above our unit was noisy and also there was remodeling going on for the property so there was a lot of activity going on around us.
My stay at the condominium was great! The owners were really nice, helpful, and accommodating. I was staying in San Antonio for a clerkship and the location was very convenient for my job. Also, it was close to a lot of tourist destinations. During my stay, the condominium management added a gate into the parking lot and a gate into the condominiums. Overall, it was an extremely safe, convenient, and comfortable condominium.
This condo was excellent! Everything was just as described. Beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Owner provided great information on sites to see and also how to easily get around in San Antonio. I would definitely recommend this condo for your stay.
The property was as advertised. Some amenities were provided, but others, expected, were not. The unit was generally clean and suited our needs. Some utensils were in need of replacement. The owners were very accommodating and eager to address concerns. Would recommend this property to others. We will be returning next year. The activities/attractions were great. Too numerous to list.
My wife and I travel often to San Antonio for a variety of appointments. We always wanted a centrally-located apartment to call home while we moved around the area taking care of business and this is our favorite. You cannot beat the location, very near a major shopping mall and less than five minutes from the Airport. My first impression when we opened the door was that of a fresh, clean place that we would live in quite happily. That proved to be true for the entire time we stayed, right up until the end of October 2014. The landlords are top notch, providing everything we needed to have that home base we wanted. The stackable washer and dryer is a Godsend too; we were able to turn around a wash and dry in an evening at home and sometimes in the morning before we set out for the day. As an added benefit, the laundry room doubles as a walk-in closet, making it very easy to hang up those shirts and skirts as you pull them out of the dryer. Even though this is a one-bedroom apartment the space is well-designed. I found the floor plan to be well thought out and very convenient to our needs.
You rarely get a covered parking space in rental situations but this one is a peach, literally just outside the door and a few steps to the right. We did not suffer much rain but when we did it was nice to have that cover. All the appliances work very well; there was no need to work around anything that wasn't quite what it should be. The bed was fine for me, nice and firm; the wife felt it was a little high off the floor for her but she managed very well with it. Our neighbors were as quiet as could be. We never heard any noise from above or next door; every night was peaceful for us.
There was a brief interruption to the internet service during our stay, but I was provided everything needed to restore the service. It was not the fastest internet connection I have ever seen but it was adequate for the work I was doing and we had no more troubles after that one glitch.
Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Great property, great landlords, great location and plenty of space, even in a one-bedroom apartment. In fact we are in planning right now to set up our visit for next spring. We had better hurry because the calendar is filling up fast!
This charming condo is very centrally located near the San Antonio International Airport. It is within minutes of the downtown Riverwalk, the Alamo, Ft. Sam Houston, and multiple golf courses. Northstar Mall is walking distance. Another mall, The Quarry is 5 minutes away by car. You have easy access to Sea World and Six Flags, Brackenridge Park, the Japanese Tea Gardens, and the San Antonio Zoo. Day trips to Schlitterbahn, New Braunfels, Six Flags, the Capitol Bldg. and sites in Austin are a must during your stay. The wonderful weather in San Antonio lends itself for spending days on the Guadalupe or Comal Rivers as well as shopping or sightseeing. The evenings are full of entertainment at many close by restaurants and clubs. The riverwalk offers fine dining and live music. Visit popular restaurants such as Lion and the Rose, The Welfare Cafe, Barbeque Station, La Posada del Rey, Casa Rio, and many more. Enjoy a show at the famous Majestic Theatre.
Our condo is a quiet place to wind down during your stay. It is located in a small complex and it is quiet and quaint. It is fully furnished with new furniture and appliances. There is dining space for 4-6 people, a full kitchen with necessary houseware and dishes. The unit has a washer and dryer, television, Blue ray/ DVD, Cable, and Internet.
There is much to do in San Antonio as well as in nearby towns such as th Natural Bridge Caverns and the wildlife refuge in New Braunfels. Lots of shopping is waiting at the Outlet Stores in nearby San Marcos.
Golfers have access to many golf facilities some which are in very close proximity such as the San Pedro 9, the Olmos Park Golf Course, The Quarry Golf course, Fort Sam Houston Golf Course, the Alamo Heights Country Club, the Brackenridge Park Golf course, and the Castle Hills Golf course.
