My wife spent her childhood there and revived this house during her seasonal stays which made it very pleasant.

What makes this house unique

House located in a magnificent sunny area, close to downtown and with great comfort. Air-conditioning, shower and WC area, flat screen TV in each bedroom, each one being very bright, comfortable and carefully decorated.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Schönes, klimatisiertes Ferienhaus in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Innenstadt von Avignon. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet; alles ist sauber und in Top-Zustand. Im Hof gibt es einen Baum und viele Blumen, dort kann man schön zum Frühstück oder Abends zusammensitzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder hingebracht. Herzlichen Dank nochmals! Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder und können das Haus absolut empfehlen!

Maison bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Nous avo

Nous sommes allés à Avignon dans cette maison pendant 8 jours et nous avons apprécié le confort et la propreté de la maison ainsi que la gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous a toujours donné de bonnes suggestions.

Nous étions deux couples et nous avons partagé cette maison agréablement bien équipée avec toutes les commodités et situé assez proche du centre d'Avignon. La maison a un décor fonctionnel et agréable, qui correspond à la déscription donné sur le site. Nous allons recommander cette maison à des amis qui décident de visiter la belle région de Provence. Depuis Avignon, vous pouvez accéder rapidement à Pont d'Arc, Nîmes, Arles, la Camargue, le Luberon, où nous avons passé quelques beaux jours.

Wahrlich eine kleine Villa

Das Ferienhaus ist modern und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Seine ruhige Lage lädt sowohl auf der Sonnenterrasse als auch im kühlen Wohnbereich zur entspannung ein. Ich hatte selten eine so geräumige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Ein ganz großer Pluspunkt - aus meiner Sicht - ist auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Außerdem ist die Bäckerei in der Parallelstraße sehr empfehlenswert.

Als Ausgangsort für die Erkundung von Avignon (10 Min. zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum) und der ganzen Umgebung (Pont du Gard, Aigues-Mortes, Arles, Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Marseille, Fontaine de Vaucluse....) ist das Haus ideal.

Fazit: Ich habe mich auch dank des netten unkomplizierten Vermieters sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder!!

fantastic, spacious, in the heart of Avignon

My husband and I stayed in this town house for 10 days and wished we could have stayed longer. The house is immaculately clean, well laid out with lots of storage, newly renovated house which is also tastefully decorated and a fully equipped kitchen.The two bedrooms with ensuites in each and the half bathroom in the main level were so helpful when we had our guests visiting. The location is fantastic and a 5-10 minute walk to grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, banks etc. and only 10 minutes walk to the walled city for restaurants, attractions , shopping and entertainment. The train tour of the walled city is not to be missed!

The private parking space infront of the house and the patio was a bonus.

Our hosts Jean Pierre waited for our arrival to welcome us and gave all the information we needed Christianne and Jean Pierre were always available for questions and we appreciated them changing our towels and bedsheets mid week for our guests. We also appreciated the flexible check in and check out.

Many thanks for your warm hospitality and for your fantastic town house . We enjoyed our stay very much and will be delighted to recommend your house to families and friends. We will come back!

Excellent séjour

Une location que nous recommandons vivement. Accueil très chaleureux, M et Mme Devillard sont attentionnés, disponibles et proposent une prestation de grande qualité. Maison calme très bien située, très propre avec des pièces vastes et une décoration soignée. Equipement très complet ; la terrasse est très agréable et fleurie avec beaucoup de goût. Emplacement géographique parfait, à proximité de la vieille ville et nombreux petits commerces proches de la maison. Nous vous conseillons cette excellente adresse. Nous y retournerons dès que l'occasion se présentera. Bonne continuation à M et Mme Devillard.
