Recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath elevated home located only a block and half to the beach. Property has new furnishings and decor throughout including beds, new wood flooring in living room, dining room and kitchen, ceiling fans, large flat screen in living with TV's in all other rooms also.
Spacious living area and large eat in upgraded kitchen with seating for six is great for relaxing and spending time with your friends and family. There is a separate dining area for seating for six.
The outside of the property features a spacious screen porch, covered deck, gas grill, and there is a foosball table and storage room downstairs to keep all of your beach equipment for your stay. The property is only a short walk from front beach Isle of Palms that offers plenty of shopping and dining.
Bring your pet to enjoy your vacation with you. Property is pet friendly and the large oaks that surround the house will keep your buddy cool while you are at the beach. 8 and 9th Avenue is a true Island Retreat so book your stay with us today at the property.

We loved our stay. Location cannot be better. Everything was provided that we needed. Great place for our dogs to walk on beach. Highly recommend!
As I said before, our family isn't very picky and bringing our dog to the beach with us was important. The property could use a few repairs, but that certainly didn't get in our way of fun times & memory making. We loved the trees in the yard surrounding the property and the front porch. My kids loved hanging up their eno hammocks. We seriously sat on the front porch more than we did inside the house. There was also a side screened in porch with a table that we ate several meals on. A very short walk to the beach. We would definitely rent the property again.

The house served our purposes extremely well. It's a great space for a family with plenty of room. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 pairs of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV along with the main living space. Our granddaughter loved that given they don't have cable or network TV at their house. The furniture is a little long-in-the-tooth, but for a beach house with all the salt and sand, it serves the purpose well. The kitchen is well appointed and the house has plenty of dining space. And there are fans in almost every room to help keep it cool. But the air-conditioning unit worked well by itself. The screened-in porch is shaded by live oaks which helps keep it cooler. The space under the house served as an enclosed "garage" for all our sand toys, chairs, wagon, sun tent, etc. The walk to the beach is very doable. And the house itself is quiet even though it's right off the main road between IOP and Sullivan Island. It's in a very convenient location - beach, IOP Connector Rd., groceries, restaurants, etc. For the price I think it's a great option. We will definitely consider staying here again. We arrived to find it was just like "coming home". It has a nice cozy feel to it while being spacious at the same time. Tastefully decorated without being overdone. The owners were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to our needs. The property is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and very close to the connector for driving purposes. In other words, it seems to be the perfect rental home! My kids would perhaps recommend adding a game system like XBOX or the like for those rainy days when the beach is out of the question....or something for teenagers to do. All in all, it was clean, comfortable and we will be booking for this summer as well! Thank you!
Having enjoyed this home last year, we returned to get away from the snow and below 0 temps at home. This house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Prompt responses from management with any inquiries. So close to the ocean. Loved the sound of the waves at night. The location can't be beat for getting into Mt. Pleasant for shopping, movies and restaurants and the a quick ride over the Ravenal Bridge makesCharleston so accessible .
Having Our favorite grocery store (Trader Joe's) now located in Mt. PLEASANT made cooking in the well equipped kitchen a breeze.
So we have already planned a return trip for next year to 9th Ave. can't wait.
