Just as described

Stayed for 17 days this summer and the condo was better than expected. Very nice place with everything you need for a great stay. We were there in the "off" season and usually had the beach and pool to ourselves.

It is far enough out of town to be quiet and relaxed but close enough to take a 10 minute bus ride and be in the middle of everything.

I am not sure what more to add from the other fantastic reviews. The condo is BEAUTIFUL, well equipped with everything we could want and in an amazing location. As we rode up and down the road on the buses we would look at other condo units and always decided we liked where we were staying best. The owners were so great to work with and answered all of our questions.

We stayed with our family of 6 (kids 12,18,21,22) and were extremely comfortable! A bed for everyone and 2 bathrooms was great! The washer/dryer was nice to have also.

While it is HOT in July, we found that mornings at the beach followed by games in the air conditioned condo in the afternoon was perfect. We adventured to a grocery store by bus and were able to do alot of cooking in the condo. We ate out maybe 5 meals during our 8 day stay. We made it over to the restaurant at the condos next door on our last day for happy hour and dinner. We might have eaten there more often, had we discovered it sooner. We have so many 'next times' added to our list.

We visited Mismaloya and Boca, along with many trips to town. Once we figured out the buses, we were pros. We felt extremely safe the entire time we were in Puerto Vallarta and very much enjoyed the people.

The condo has a television and a great selection of dvd's, but we never turned it on once! A welcome break from our reality at home.

At nighttime we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching AMAZING lightening / thunderstorms. Some of the best I ever remember seeing!

We hope to visit Puerto Vallarta again and the first thing we will do is check to see if this condo is available!

It doesn't get any better than this!

  • 5 of 5

This was such a lovely place to rest and rejuvenate for our whole family. The pictures though nice, just don't do this place justice. It is beautiful.

The kids (11,12,19) loved the various beaches, climbing on the rocks, chasing hermit crabs, playing in the pool (which by the way is very well maintained but not chlorinated so we spent hours in the delightful water). My husband and I enjoyed the outdoor space just outside the lovely floor to ceiling windows of the condo and under the gazebo by the beach.

This condo is meticulously clean, the whole place well maintained. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family to make meals and enjoy watching movies when we needed little breaks from the sun. The condo is pleasantly spacious and so well equipped that it made everything seem very easy. It felt like a breeze to make meals and clean up with lots of time to play. Great gas grill on the deck as well.

The bus stops frequently by the entrance of Sierra Del Mar to head into town and back for shopping or eating out.

Once we finally went to town to look around, we all agreed we were so happy that we had been able to stay in the sweet quiet condo 404 at Sierra Del Mar and loved coming back to our peaceful spot after our days out and about.

People were so kind and friendly. Norm was great to work with, accommodating and answered all of our questions.

We highly recommend it, but hope it doesn't get so booked that we cant find an opening to return to it!

Thank you for just what our family needed.

Beach, Palapas and Beautiful views!

  • 5 of 5

The Garcia Family would like to thank you for a wonderful week in Paradise. The condo is lovely and in such good shape. Everything worked and it was so clean and well equipped.

The personnel at Sierra del Mar is excellent; they took good care of us and care well for the building and all the premises.

We snorkeled the first day we arrived and we saw a sea turtle, my kids we trilled!!! The beds were comfortable which meant for good sleep each night after 7 days of snorkeling in the ocean and swimming in the beautiful pool.

We took advantage of the bus to get to town and hired a boat to take us to Las Animas beach. On our last day the six of us hiked from Boca de Tomatlan to the Colomitos Beach. There is so much more to do - we have to return soon.

Thanks again!

The Garcias.

This place is beautiful! It is so relaxing. My favorite place to hang out was the awesome balcony, while my daughter loved hanging out on the quiet, private beach. She would hop in the ocean to cool off and then over into the pool when she wanted to relax out of the waves. By the way, there are little beaches in front of all the condo buildings around, and you can use them as you like.

The kitchen has everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We took the bus down to town then grabbed a taxi to take us to the grocery store for supplies (make sure you grab ice!). We would do breakfast and lunch at home, then grab a bus to town for dinner, and then either a taxi or another bus back home. The buses will pick you up right outside the condo across the street, and run about every 15 minutes.

One word of caution. Make sure you don't run more than 2-3 of the air conditioners (there are four AC units) at once, and don't turn the temperature all the way down. If you turn them all on and put them on max cool, the circuit breakers will pop. The circuit breakers are in the laundry room and are clearly labeled, so it wasn't a big deal.

The owners are very nice people and are quick to reply to your questions. I mailed them my check, and immediately they mailed me all the information I needed. Once we got back, the owner contacted me right away and let me know he mailed my damage deposit back to me.

PV is a wonderful city, and this condo made it better.
