Great anniversary weekend!
A lovely suite to act as a base camp to enjoy one of the great cities.
Glad you had a good stay!
Nice little condo close to Granville Island and many amenities. Karen (owner) was accessible and helpful. Perfect for our girls weekend away.
Thank you! Visit again anytime!
Nice, clean and Private
Very well kept home that’s walking distance to most amenities. We had a pleasant stay.
The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in the area. And we appreciated being close to public transit.
Clean, comfortable and so central
While in town to attend the Arts Club Theater we stayed at this lovely condo. It was within walking distance to Granville Island and we walked up to Hycroft Christmas too. The evening we arrived we walked the few blocks over to Cambie Street where, just below Broadway, there is a Save On Foods and a Whole Foods. We made a great stir fry in the charming wee kitchen at the condo and ate dinner watching the lights come on all over downtown. I would stay here again.
Wonderful Vancouver pad!!!
We loved staying at Karen's place! It's a beautiful, serene apartment with insanely beautiful views of downtown Vancouver and the mountains! Karen was a gracious host and did everything to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. I'll definitely be staying here again!
Thanks Matt! Please visit again anytime!
Beautiful Fairview Slopes is home to one of Vancouver's most popular attractions, Granville Island, and also to Gallery Row in the South Granville shopping district. Fairview is in the central section of the city, from Granville Island along scenic False Creek to Science World, and south to Shaughnessy.
You can walk (10 minutes) to reach the prestigious South Granville shopping, where you can find spas, galleries, gourmet food, restaurants, and shops. Or walk the opposite direction, and (in 10) be in hip laid back Cambie Village, which hosts organic shopping, coffee houses, and diverse bars and restos.
Steps from Vancouver General Hospital, this is a convenient spot if you need to be close.
This location is well-connected via excellent transport links. With city and mountain views. There are quiet greenways that connect to parks and playgrounds. Nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Getting around is easy. A (5-minute) drive over Granville or Cambie bridge to downtown. (20 steps) to Broadway which is the gateway to all 99 B-Line buses which can take you east-west across entire Vancouver. On 99 it's (10 minutes) to the Commercial/Broadway Skytrain station. The bus that runs north/south (to downtown) also is just steps out the door. And also (5 blocks) to the Cambie/Broadway Skytrain which is a (25-minute) direct ride to the airport, or (5 minutes) to downtown which includes (Yaletown), (Gastown), (Robson Street), (Canada Place), (Coal Harbour), (West End- Davie St), (Stanley Park), and (English Bay).
Also available are the Aquabus rainbow boats that travel around False Creek providing service to locals, commuters, and tourists alike. With stops at Science World, Plaza of Nations, Yaletown, the Aquatic Centre and others, these little ferries get you where you need to go in Vancouver. Aquabus offers transportation to folks on foot, in strollers, on bikes, and in wheelchairs.
