This elegantly decorated Condo features large living room, dining area (seating for 8) a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, two full sized bathrooms, fully furnished Master bedroom with king size bed and fully furnished guest bedroom with queen size bed, high speed wireless internet and full size washer and dryer.
Located on the first level one will find a gorgeously designed indoor-outdoor pool (zero entry to 4ft.) with fountain and hot-tub which is heated year around, fully equipped exercise room, activity center with pool tables, fuzeball, television etc., his and her bathrooms, Sauna as well as our management office. Our Check-in Time is 3:00 p.m. and our Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Beautiful condo, with an amazing view!
Nice clean condo
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Views from the 7th floor balcony of the beach and gulf were excellent. The unit is well maintained and clean. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect Place for A Family
Everything was perfect as usual. Our family throughly enjoys staying in this unit. This was our second year and plan on being back next year.

We stayed there last Fall, and knew the layout. Very pleased with unit
Only issues were 4 arm bands versus 5 needed. And no dishwasher detergent, but we brought some.
Waterville, miniature golf, tangor outlet mall, several deep sea fishing locations etc.

CS West 706 is a Non-Smoking Unit-No Pets-Minimum Age to lease is 25 ! *After online booking is complete the owner will contact you to answer any questions you might have concerning the condo and your stay with us. A owner lease agreement will be sent to your email address. Fill out lease completely and return to owner within 7 working days with your refundable deposit. Upon completion of your vacation please mail keys back to owner (address on lease agreement). When keys are received your deposit will be returned to you promptly! Check-in Time:3:00 p.m./Check-out time:9:30 a.m. (Firm unless pre-approved by management) ! Failure to abide by all "House Rules" will result in forfeiture of your security deposit!
