Make memories with the entire family in this beautiful beach vacation rental! This spacious Gulf-front condo is a rare find on Sanibel Island with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, plus a den - and requires only a 2-week rental.
Atrium 101 is located on the first floor and is an end unit in this quiet complex, which features only 24 units on prestigious West Gulf Drive. Atrium offers covered parking, elevator, a gorgeous community room with restrooms, pool, tennis and grills.
At 2250 square feet, Atrium 101 is the largest condominium available for rent on the islands that does not require a minimum one month rental. The unit is quite spacious and has ample closets and storage, central air conditioning and heat.
You do have room to spread out and enjoy each others' company - and our view! We have tile throughout the entry, den, kitchen, living and dining room and lanai; and, we have carpet in the bedrooms. We feature 3 tvs, 2 dvd players, iPhone/mp3 stereo dock, Maytag washer/dryer and of course, a lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico! Yes, beach towels and chairs are provided!
We have a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with 7 bar stools, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and full pantry. The kitchen and den adjoin one another, and kitchen looks out into the dining and living room area. You can easily entertain your family and friends and enjoy memorable meals withour kitchen setup.
The dining room table seats 8 comfortably, and we have a large wine rack available for your use as well.
The living room has seating for 6, a flat panel tv with dvd player, and lovely views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy cocktails or a good book in the living room, or on the spacious L-shaped screeneed lanai. You can easily see the pool and grill area, as well as the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom is simply luxurious with carpeting throughout, a King bed, and flat panel tv. Imagine...waking up in bed and looking right out at the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom also has an en-suite dressing area with a granite top vanity and dual closets. The bathroom has a granite top single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combination unit.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed , courtyard view and and full bath adjacent to it. This bath is also near to the kitchen and entry, and can be used by your guests without going through a bedroom.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a garden view and en-suite bath with a vanity, toilet and shower.
The den has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, flat panel tv and dvd player.
To make settling in easier, we provide dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, coffee filters, paper towels and trash bags. Laundry detergent, facial tissue and toilet tissue are provided as well. You don't need to worry about a thing. Just come to enjoy your Sanibel Beach vacation.

Our property is professionally managed by Cottages to Castles of Sanibel & Captiva. Since 1997, they've been making sure that each stay is a memorable one.
Our condo association does require a minimum 2 week stay, no exceptions. We wish to be neighborly and honor this, so please do not request a stay of less than 2 weeks. We will not make an exception.
An 11% tax and $50 reservation fee are in addition to the rental rate.

Another terrific Sanibel Vacation
We rented this condo for a week over New Years and the first full week of January, 2014. We had stayed at The Atrium years before, and I must say that it is still as beautiful and well-kept as I remembered. Plus it is located on that premier slice of West Gulf Drive and as close to the gulf as I think a condo can be. What attracted us to this specific unit was its very large size and end-unit location. A condo having three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a den (almost unheard of), a large dining area and living room, as well as a large screened patio was terrific. My wife and I, had our retired parents, plus our three kids (15, 13, 11) all in the unit, and it worked well. The master suite is huge and opens to the patio with a beautiful view of the gulf. The guest bedroom was for our parents and was furthest away from the living areas. It also had its own bathroom adjacent. Our two youngest doubled up in the two twin beds of the 3rd bedroom, and it also has its own bathroom. We could have used the fold-a-bed and had all of the kids stay in the one room, but the oldest decided to take advantage of the privacy of the den with its fold-out bed and TV/DVD. That one’s a heavy sleeper, which is a good thing, because the den in not closed off, so when I was up early, no one stirred. Overall the unit is well appointed, and you’ll find everything you need to cook, relax, play, etc. There’s a closet of this condo’s beach gear on the first floor of the Atrium, and it has a few bikes, some beach chairs, toys, etc. Lastly, there are a few details at Atrium that set it apart from many condos. First of all, parking is under the building, so when it is raining or windy, you can load and unload out of the weather. Also, the patios have sliding glass doors between the condo and the patio, but also on the outer most wall of screening. There was one day of some wind and rain, and it was so nice to just close up the patio and still be able to sit out there and enjoy the beautiful views without the less than perfect weather. Overall, it is hard to beat Atrium and this wonderful condo. We’ll be back.
