Memorial Day 2019
JulieAnne took excellent care of us before, during, and after our stay. She was prompt with communication, and the property was even better than the pictures could depict. My favorite was walking around the pond scaring frogs, and walking along the creek. The drive from this property in Nolensville to anywhere is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and there's wildlife at every turn. We are planning our return Labor Day and can't wait to stay again! Highly recommended!
Not what we expected
This is a basement apartment with full time tenants above. We had a noise issue on one evening, which the homeowner was able to alleviate. Very limited cooking utensils (3 pots, the largest was a sauce pan). Not the relaxing getaway that the listing implied.
Our stay here was perfect for us. My husband & I were in town for a family event. This location was a quick drive to town and close to our event yet we got to experience some of the Tennessee countryside. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, well stocked, & full of sweet little touches of decor. I would highly recommend this place.
Very nice secluded Apartment for a couple.
The cozy apartment was exactly what we were looking for, close to our relatives living in the area. It was a pleasant stay, everything we needed was provided. We will defiantly stay here again in the future.
Cozy country apartment!
Had a relaxing time in this cozy guest apartment in the country. The apartment had everything I needed and was exactly as described. JulieAnne is a wonderful host; very attentive and responsive to any needs/concerns her guests have. I would definitely stay here again!
Cute lower level apt in the country
We stayed at this apt for two nights in October. The unit was perfect for a party of 2. This home is nestled in a suburban area - most homes are on large lots and it's very hilly and picturesque. It's a renovated apartment within a larger home - which was just fine.
When I was deciding on this unit (owner was quick with correspondence), I mentioned we were arriving late in the evening our first night and I didn't want to disturb her family. She said that it was ok because they only rent it when they aren't there. That is accurate, but the above unit was rented also during our second night (I believe the entire house is not their primary residence). Not a problem, but we could hear the others walking around and a baby cried through the night. Don't get me wrong, I'm a mom - I get it. But it did wake us up and may be upsetting to some -so I figured it was worth mentioning. We did have a minor issue with the freezer in the refrigerator, but the owners were quick to assist.
Overall we had a great experience and it was super close to vineyard where we attended a wedding - which was the purpose of our stay.
