We have been providing accommodation for guests for the past 18 years, we know all our properties and landlords personally.

Most properties have a minimum stay period of 3 nights but exceptions are possible on request, please ask Beatrice if possible just for 2 nights.

WHAT TO DO WHEN IN DIJON

Dijon is a lively City for sightseeing and for shopping, it is convenient, fun, safe and clean and can be pedestrian friendly.

From the Dijon tourist office take a walking tour by following the 'Owls trail' showing you its ancient town houses build from the 15thC, its museums Archaeological and Art, its fine churches and cathedral, its high class boutiques, wine and antique shops and afterwards relaxing in a wide selection of excellent Michelin restaurants and bistros from French, Italian, Marocon, Chinese, Spanish, Indian restaurants and not forgetting simple meals in bistros, cafés and crêperies.

A must is a trip to the fresh market on Tuesday, Friday & Saturday mornings where the best produce is on display from the region for you to buy and then for you to take back to the apartment to prepare.

Not to be missed the historical and botanical parks in the city centre of Dijon, lake Kir where there is a small safe beach and a beautiful park to visit.

'15 Amiral Roussin is beautifully situated on one of the chic streets of Dijon. The Centre Ville is medieval: you'll be living in the Middle Ages! Bea says that the basement of our building is 9th century! You can reach most of what is interesting in the Centre Ville on foot from here..................................................Bea and Max have been superb! They are among the most responsive business people I have ever known!

Very nice apartment in good location.

The apartment is on a very quiet street but is very close to restaurants, shopping and markets. It is only about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Beatrice met us at the apartment and was very helpful getting us settled in. We hope to return soon.

Very bright, well kept and cheery

The apartment was exactly like advertised and in a perfect location. The apartment was quaint and quiet. Very comfortable for 4 people. Loved having washer and dryer since we had just come from a stay in Paris. Beatrice is lovely and gave us all the info we needed to get around. Oh and treats in the refrigerator! Dijon is a must-see.

Lovely, convenient, charming historic apartment

We called Beatrice a few hours before getting on the plane after learning that the apartment we had rented had flooded and was no longer habitable. Beatrice put our minds at ease and tremendously accommodating. The apartment itself is perfectly located on a quiet street within walking distance to all the sites. The building itself is over 500 years old, and the apartment itself is charming, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. Lots of interesting nooks, beams, and crannies. Parking is easy. All and all, a lovely stay.

Total comfort in Dijon

The apartment is in a beautiful and historic part of Dijon, easily accessible from the main train station, where we arrived. Beatrice met us on arrival and was very welcoming and informative, providing loads of information, books, maps etc. Prior to our arrival, she had already sent us some maps and some information, and this was a nice way of establishing contact and making us feel very confident about our stay.

The apartment is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. So much so, that we actually ate out less than we had planned to, given that our accommodation was so pleasing! The kitchen has everything that one could want, making meals eaten at home easy and practical. As we were travelling with our two children, this was a cheaper option, as well as being an appealing one!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-appointed. It was just like a home away from home where we could totally relax. There was even a computer which we were able to use to contact family and keep them up to date with our travels!

The area in which the apartment is situated is ideal for exploring Dijon. It is close to the town centre and yet in a lovely, peaceful old street. We visited all the obvious tourist attractions and hired bikes to ride outside the city centre. In Dijon, we visited the marvellous Maison Milliere near the cathedral, which has all sorts of treasures within, as well as serving wonderful food! We drove out for day trips to explore the Cote d'Or and visited Beaune and the beautiful little village of Flavigny sur Ozerain, where the film "Chocolat" was filmed. We ate mountains of boeuf a la bourguignonne and drank masses of cassis and had an absolutely marvellous time!

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this wonderful apartment to anyone visiting Dijon.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist bequem und praktisch möbliert. Sie war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, auch Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist ruhig.

Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt von Dijon ist sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Alles perfekt

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sauber und inkl. Klima in den Schlafzimern umfassend ausgestattet. Die perfekt englisch sprechende Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die zentrale Lage eignet sich hervorragend um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erforschen und Besorgungen zu machen.
