Easy walk to anywhere in town. Great for friends and family
About Ken Pfeiffer
I moved to Grafton about 12 years ago. Bought this old historical house on Main St by accident. Decided to try overnight stays a few years ago when I met my significant other Cheryl. Its been booked almost every Sat and some entire weekends ever since.
Ken Pfeiffer purchased this Guest House in 2006
Why Ken Pfeiffer chose Grafton
This house was built in 1850. Its a great place for a large group that wants to be within walking distance (1/4 miles) of all the hot spots on Main St. We love the small town of Grafton and all the visitors we meet on the weekends.
What makes this Guest House unique
The deck on the side of the house is a big benefit, and you never know what you may see coming down Main St.

Had a great girls weekend in Grafton. Much needed getaway for all of us. Will definitely rent again. Great location, plenty of room to accommodate a large group, very clean and well kept.
Glad you all enjoyed your stay. Thank you for respecting my house. You are always welcome here. I hope to share a cocktail with you next time your in town.
Honest listing and great experience!
House was as listed and great for our gaggle of ladies for a bachelorette weekend. Close to everything and enough space for all parties.
Great experience! SO much room and unique layout and decor! I’d recommend for any large group.
Fun place to stay!
The Count Me In house is really a quirky and delightful house. Great location for getting around Grafton and nearby places. The only negative I experienced was not knowing how to access the shuttle to Aeries Winery. We ended up driving up...the view up there is terrific! But the actual drive was like a slow moving SCARY roller coaster. Go to the location on Main Street to take the shuttle, really.
The house has loads of space for sleeping and the folks that hit the sack early can actually sleep! Noise from other rooms won't affect sleep. And there is a great little coffee shop right across the street!
I would stay here again for my next trip to Grafton!
The property was great! Plenty of room for everyone and comfortable beds! It is on the main road and within walking distance from all the shops and bars. Very convenient! I would stay there again!
