Our heated garage keeps your car out of the weather in the winter and there is no extra charge for its use. There is also free parking on the east side of our building for additional cars. A view of the entire ski area from our second floor deck.
Check-in time is between 4:00pm & 6:00pm on the day of arrival. If the Unit is ready & available before 4:00pm we will make every effort to let you in early, but we cannot guarantee early check-ins. Please contact our management company Pinnacle at 800.872.8789 if your arrival is after 6:00 pm for late check-in procedures. Check-in procedures and the distribution of keys will be handled at our their office. There is a late check in box at this location.

Breckenridge, CO 80424 which is a tan building and the first building on the right as you come into town 9 miles from Frisco.
Checkout time is 10:00 am. To ensure proper accommodation of any incoming guests, this checkout time must be strictly enforced to avoid additional charges equivalent to one night's rental. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed. This also includes the deck. Additional cleaning charges will apply if unit smells of smoking. Have a wonderful time in our home away from home.
