Walk to all the best New York has to offer!
Sleeps 5 people.
We stayed here with my family for 7 nights.
The appartement is exactly like pictures, quiet confortable and clean, very good location to visit NY.
Rose was frendly and helpful.
We recommend this flat.
Thanks a lot Rose
Four of us stayed in Rose's apartment in March. It is very well located, only one block from Penn Station so getting to and from the airport was super easy. On Rose's recommendation we took the Airtrain from Newark. It took less than an hour and the walk from the station to the apartment is about 5 minutes. There is also a subway at Penn Station so getting around is really easy. Although I would suggest walking as you get to enjoy the city that way. The apartment is with in walking distance of many of the main attractions.
The apartment is very comfortable and was lovely and warm. We arrived just after the snowstorms so this was very welcome. There is also plenty of hot warm. The kitchen is well equipped if you would like to cook. We got breakfast from a local deli and this worked perfectly for us. Rose was really easy to correspond with and was very helpful with suggestions of where to eat etc.
I would highly recommend staying in this apartment. It has everything you could need for a great stay in New York City.
This apartment is perfect! Easy to get to the subway and all locations in NYC. Very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here!
This place was just as described and in an amazing location. Rented this to participate in a conference at the Javits Convention Center. It was walking distance from everything.
Rose is excellent in her communication and service. Would stay here again and recommend for anyone who wants to be close to all the city has to offer.
We truly enjoy our stay in NYC. Rose was a wonderful property manager to work with. She always answered questions promptly and made every effort to accommodate us. When our plane landed she even texted to welcome us! The apartment itself was a good fit for our family of 5. Two children shared the bed in the second bedroom and 1 slept on the pull out couch. It was a bit of a hassle to put the bed away each morning and remake it each night, but it sure beats paying for a 3 bedroom apartment! We cooked 1 meal in and had adequate pots/pans. The dining table is nice and large to accommodate the whole family. A coffee table near the couch/chair would have been a nice addition so you have somewhere to put your drink when sitting there. We loved how warm the bathroom tile floor was because we were there during very cold weather. It's a little odd not having a window curtain/shade to cover the large window that is in the shower because the apartment is on the first floor and there is a door to the outside right beside that bathroom! The frosted effect on the window helps of course, but it would feel much more private with a proper covering. There were framed art pieces propped up against the walls that hadn't been hung yet and once they are hung it will feel more complete. Regarding the neighborhood, there was a grocery store called Ideal only a couple blocks away which was convenient, but pricey as far as groceries go. Being only a couple blocks from Penn Station was convenient for getting the train to/from the airport as well as using the subway. We walked A TON during our stay in NYC. From the apartment we walked to the Empire State Building which probably took about 20-30 minutes. Walking to the Highline was close and we enjoyed taking that to Chelsea Market one evening for dinner. Overall a great experience.
A very spacious apartment with good furnishings and an excellent kitchen. (The building isn't elegant, but the apartment is very nice.) Located on 30th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues, with access to restaurants, shops, subway. Street parking is limited to 1-hr periods from 8 am - 6 pm, but is free overnight and on Sunday. Two garages on the street offer relatively low rates (by NYC standards).
