We rented this lovely home for an 8 night ski vacation in February 2014. We were travelling with 3 adults and 3 teens and this home exceeded all of our expectations. We loved the ski in/out, everyone could begin & end their day separately. We all enjoyed the hot tub each day after skiing and a fire every night when we got home from dinner. Everyone was thrilled with the 2 block walk to Main Street for shopping and dining. The beds were sooo comfortable, cozy family room furniture and the kitchen was well stocked, we ate in 2 nights. Would be afraid to rent anywhere else! This home had it all.
This place is amazing! It is a beautiful historic jewel centrally located in Park City. It is a true ski in/ski out to Park City Mountain Resort and literally a 3 minute stroll to Park City’s Main Street. The house is maintained in impeccable condition. It is newly renovated with modern furnishings. There is plenty of room to sprawl out if you are renting together with a group of friends, staying alone with family or even sharing with another family. When not enjoying the many great restaurants on Main Street, we would take advantage of the large gourmet kitchen after a long session in the hot tub. Forget to buy wine for dinner? No worries, they keep a generous stock on hand available to guests at cost. You don’t need a car as everything is within easy reach. However, there is plenty of parking with a 2-car garage and some offstreet if you bring vehicles. We rented a car last time as Little Cottonwood Canyon is within easy reach as well as Snowbasin, a great local secret that is about a 35 minute drive from Park City.
The owners are very friendly and accommodating. My family and I used this place twice last year and the entire process was seamless. It will definitely be our location for seasons to come.
