The studio is located in the Waikiki Grand Hotel, just steps away from the broadest and sandiest beach in Waikiki and about 20-25 minutes from airport.
The unit is a newly upgraded, fully equipped studio condo with one full bath. Queen size bed, sleeps two. Brand new bed and mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep after a fun day in the sun.
There is a small, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, built-in electric smooth cook top and under-counter refrigerator if you prefer to enjoy some of the meals in the condo. Unit has brand new AC, free wifi, wall mounted LCD TV.
You will enjoy beautiful views from your private lanai, overlooking Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, the ocean and Kapiolani Park.
Have your morning coffee, breakfast or afternoon drinks on the lanai and relax while enjoying the views

Enjoy the unique Kapahulu Ave. for dinning and shopping with the locals. Hawaiian food, Hawaiian artifacts and Hawaiian clothing are all available withing walking distance. Two blocks from the public library and a botanical garden and a short distance to Diamond Head Theater or the Saturday Farmer's Market at Kapiolani Community College.

Transportation and Parking:
Bus stop is just steps away from the lobby. You can take the bus pretty much anywhere on the island, it is very convenient.
Parking is available in the building, the daily rate is $17/day There is metered parking at the zoo across the street as well as free parking around nearby Kapiolani park.

I stayed at Julia's condo, and had a great time. Everything you could possibly need was right there !! (Kitchen supplies , beach chairs, etc.) I have stayed in Waikiki before, and her condo is located on the same block as Starbucks, Subway, Lulu's( my favorite...the best coconut shrimp), Teddys Burgers(the best coffee milkshakes), and 2 ABC stores. I love that I could just walk across the street and be at the beach. I ate breakfast, and had my coffee out on the lanai overlooking the Honolulu Zoo, with a beautiful view of Diamond Head!!.
Even though I didn't actually meet Julia...she was very pleasant via texts, and the fact that there was an access code instead of a key, made it very easy to come and go( with my arms full of beach supplies.)

Nice little apartment close to the beach and easy access to Waikiki tourist areas. We really enjoyed our stay here. Only down side was the club 2 floors away. Loud music made for not a great sleep the first night. We cranked the AC fan the rest of the nights and it really drowned out all the noise. Overall very satisfied with our stay.
Julia's condo was perfect for the two of us. Although it was a small studio, it had everything we needed from towels, dishes, wifi and a lanai equipped with beach chairs and boogie boards. It was immaculately clean and modern. The staff downstairs were friendly and willing to help at all times. The only thing we missed was an iron.. which gave me an excuse to purchase a travel steamer. The suite was very comfortable, updated and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels in good condition. My only complaint is that the small closet was filled with the cleaning supplies including the vacuum. In general, there is very little space to unpack and put clothes away because the closet is undersized and there isn't a full size dresser. Having the table was nice but considering the size of the room a smaller round bistro table would allow for a larger dresser. The lighting is also inadequate as the bedside lamps are small desk lamps and there isn't any lighting at all on the side of the room where the table is. In summary I would have to say that the room and space is a good value for the money and if the mentioned concerns are addressed it would make any stay a little more comfortable.
The property was very conveniently close to Waikiki beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. The room was nice and clean. Julie was easy to work with. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was the noise from the street but the white noise from the air conditioner usually drowned it out. We slept pretty well for the most part. We would stay again.
