The studio is located in the Waikiki Grand Hotel, just steps away from the broadest and sandiest beach in Waikiki and about 20-25 minutes from airport.
The unit is a newly upgraded, fully equipped studio condo with one full bath. Queen size bed, sleeps two. Brand new bed and mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep after a fun day in the sun.
There is a small, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, built-in electric smooth cook top and under-counter refrigerator if you prefer to enjoy some of the meals in the condo. Unit has brand new AC, free wifi, wall mounted LCD TV.
You will enjoy beautiful views from your private lanai, overlooking Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, the ocean and Kapiolani Park.
Have your morning coffee, breakfast or afternoon drinks on the lanai and relax while enjoying the views
You will also have access to the large sundeck with panoramic views on the 10th floor, a large laundry room in the basement, private pool and 24 hour front desk and security and boarding pass printing station.
There are many restaurants and cafés within walking distance from the building to choose from, as well as lots of shopping and nightlife.
Award Winning Teddy’s Bigger Burger is located on the first floor of the building, Starbucks to pick up your morning coffee is just steps away.
There are also many equipment rental shops to pick up snorkeling gear as well as a surf school. ABC stores are minutes away as well as a 24 hour fitness center overlooking the ocean.
Outdoor activities are countless from this location. Restaurants and international shopping are bountiful nearby. Fast food to 5 star dinning is available. Enjoy the unique Kapahulu Ave. for dinning and shopping with the locals. Hawaiian food, Hawaiian artifacts and Hawaiian clothing are all available withing walking distance. Two blocks from the public library and a botanical garden and a short distance to Diamond Head Theater or the Saturday Farmer's Market at Kapiolani Community College.

Transportation and Parking:
Bus stop is just steps away from the lobby. You can take the bus pretty much anywhere on the island, it is very convenient.
Parking is available in the building, the daily rate is $17/day There is metered parking at the zoo across the street as well as free parking around nearby Kapiolani park.

The condo is a room in a lovely hotel. The lanai has beautiful views over the park and zoo towards Diamond Head. Having stayed elsewhere on the island and on Maui we really appreciated the escape from all the built up hotels further along the beach. It's an easy walk to beach, into Waikiki & Diamond Head. The bus stop is nearby if you're catching da bus.
The room is bright, airy and modern with absolutely everything you could possibly need. It even had a clothes airer which we used several times after getting caught in a downpour! Staying at Julia's gave us a very different perspective on the area,we'd certainly recommend it without hesitation. We're really hoping to be able to come back one day and would very happily stay here again.

Had a few hiccups but Julia was accessible and we got them sorted out quickly . The place was modern and clean, we only stayed in the room at night so we didn't need anything bigger.
The only down side is that it is noisy with the bar being underneath and the trucks and buses that park on the road . I did buy earplugs and it helped.
Location was perfect I didn't want to be right in the middle of the strip and sitting on the deck drinking my coffee while watching the sun rise over diamond head was amazing .
All in all I would rent here again if I was to come back to Waikiki .

Excellent location very close to the beach.
Waikiki is very noisy and there's a club in the second floor but other than that the room was pleasant with all the amenities necessary.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is small but efficient. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. This is a nice touch! The hotel staff were very nice. We liked having the Lanai and view. It is very close to the beach. The owner is very nice! Thank you for the nice stay!
Nice condo, in a nice part of Waikiki where the crowds are not as large. Easy walking distance to a lot of sights. Spent two days here and never used a vehicle to drive anywhere.
We loved the studio and location but the bar downstairs plays loud wall vibrating music till 2 am. Complained to front desk who basically said the bar has been in operation for 15 years and will not change its ways. After 2 nights, we had to find another place to stay. Owner says the bar was never loud, which we don't believe. If you want to come back to your hotel to party, then this is the place for you. We were out all day enjoying the sunshine and all we wanted was a comfortable and quiet place to sleep. This is not a place for you if you want a quiet place to sleep. Otherwise it's a cute studio.

We are just a short walk from Dukes Statue and the International Market Place, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, equipment rental, the Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Diamond Head are all walking distance.
