All in all an I rate our stay as a C grade. Beds were not comfortable. The fourth dining chair was broken. Outside rocker was broken. And upstairs jet tub leaked down to kitchen first night. I didn’t try using it again.

The outside of the refrigerator was dirty or rusty looking, the baseboards were very dusty, the tub upstairs was dirty and had an old soap bar behind the tub, the appliances in the kitchen cabinets had old food on them, cob webs everywhere. there was not sheets for the pull out sofa or the futon, there was a contractor that came to repair the roof and left plastic on the roof with no repair, old water leak noted by chimney on walls, the dryer did not dry clothes on certain cycles, once of the pool sticks was broken and the rocking chair on the porch, the side door was unlocked at check in and the hot tub did not have a lock on it. I emailed the company to inform them of the conditions of the house and never heard back from them. The contractor arrived at 8:30pm when I was given my daughter a bath and he was on the roof, never introduced himself and left plastic on the roof. The price of the cabin did not match the quality.
We have been staying in VRBO properties for several years. This was by far the most disappointing rental we have stayed in. The unit itself was dirty. There was a layer of dust on everything. The pool table had a pair of used underpants stuffed in one of the pockets. Additionally, the unit was not well stocked. We have never had a need for anything in our previous VRBO rentals. We had to purchase our own garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap and paper towels. These have always been included in past rentals which rented for a cheaper price.
Kitchen was poorly stocked and only had 1 hand towel available.
Overall the unit was dirty, beat up and badly in need of updating. The porches and outdoor furniture were rotting and falling apart. One of the couches was propped up by 2 x 4’s. Other couches were in need of replacement.
The owner did not leave directions for the location of the swimming pools which are almost impossible to find. It is a 10 minute drive to each of the pools. We were able to find a map at the townhouse rentals down the street. The hot tub controls were locked out and the owner left no instructions which cost them a service call.
On positive note, the location and view were amazing. The owner of this unit needs to put some money and repairs back into this unit if they are going to keep renting it out.

Nice, a little run down, but enjoyed our stay.
We really enjoyed our time away. We were comfortable and we enjoyed each other's company. The hot tub was great. The weather was rainy most of the time, but we didn't care. It was nice having the pool table as well.
We did discover some mold on the wall in the closet downstairs. You might want to check it out. The place was clean, but it just seemed a little run down. The pictures made it look a little more fresh than it was. Don't get me wrong though, it was lovely and we had a great time. Thank you for sharing your place.

great place just could use some TLC
Beautiful view, easy to find location, very comfortable, even the kids enjoyed their time at the cabin, but it needs some TLC. The power went out during our stay and we couldn't open the windows because there were no screens in the bedroom windows. The blender and the can openers didn't work, but there were plenty of dishes and utensils. The only real concern was that the refrigerator took two days to cool down enough to keep the food inside chilled, and none of the outside doors seemed to close correctly. Even with the few little issues we still had a great time and we loved the place and would consider this cabin in the future.
