The Property has great views from windows, and decks. We are directly across the street from the beach and bay with a beautiful in ground pool in the back yard. I am a local owner and if you need something all you have to do is call. If it is within my power to help with anything, I will.

The pool is open from April 1st to November 1st and is heated and has a small extra cost of $2.50 per cubic foot of gas. Normally 50 to 150 dollars extra per week depending on how you use it.

1) CANCELLATION POLICY. The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your Confirmation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a 10% Fee). The earlier you warn us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.

2) PROPERTY CONDITION / SECURITY DEPOSITS. When you arrive, please check the vacation rental for cleanliness and damage. Notify us promptly of any problems or damage. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. No physical damage, vacation rental and yard neat and tidy, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped up, trash removed, etc. A $225 cleaning fee will be held back from your security deposit if home is not returned in the same condition as found. You will have the option to pay an additional $150 upfront and property owner will coordinate the cleaning service. Late check-out, trash left, or vacation rental or grounds needing more-than-reasonable cleaning are grounds for security deposit claims. If there are no problems, deposits will be returned by mail 30 days after the date of departure. If we are going to make a claim on your security deposit, we will e- mail you writing describing the details within 30 days.

3) OWNERS SET SPECIFIC RULES regarding the maximum number of occupants, pets, smoking, etc. As the property owner, we enforce these rules, and may evict renters or their guests when they are exceeded. If pets are not allowed at the vacation rental, that includes pets belonging to your guests. Large gatherings, house parties, etc., are absolutely not allowed unless approved when your booking is made. Sub-letting is not permitted. Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the vacation rental, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the vacation rental, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the vacation rental; you can be removed from the vacation rental without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.

4) OCCUPANCY. In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of subject property which is 10. Guest must be at least 25 years old and only family groups are to occupy the Rental Property as required by Owner. No fraternities, school, civic or other non-family groups are allowed unless Owner grants prior approval. In no event shall Guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind. Guest hereby acknowledges and grants specific permission to property owner to enter premises at any time for inspection purposes should we reasonably believe that Guest is causing or has caused any damage to the Rental Property. Guest further agrees to grant property owner access to Rental Property for purposes of maintenance and repair.

5) THE OWNERS AND ASSOCIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented vacation rental. The property owner will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property. The use of the pool is at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for injury while using the pool. There is no lifeguard. The unit has a private decks for your use – please be careful and keep noise low.

6) YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY if a maintenance problem develops at your vacation rental so we can have it remedied as quickly as possible. Owners reserve the right to make repairs as necessary, and to enter the vacation rental with reasonable notice, or without notice if you cannot be reached. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, etc. in Rental Property although property owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. Also, no refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuation of the area due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations.

7) KEY Procedures: Keys to the property will be at the property in a lock box. Renter will be given the code on or about 7 days before arrival, «Mail_Keys», by e-mail to «Email» with directions to the property. The day of check-out, please place the keys back in the lock box.

8) YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE. This vacation rental is individually owned and managed. We have described our vacation rental in detail to the best of our ability, but we cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice on arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location.

9) LEGAL DISPUTE. In the event it is necessary to resolve any legal disputes between the parties under this rental agreement, the tenant agrees to reimburse landlord all landlord's costs of litigation and costs of collection, including, but not limited to, landlord's attorneys fees and court costs."

About Anthony Carino

I am a little bit more complicated than what I can tell you here.

I came to Cape May County after joining the US Coast Guard and never left the area. After my enlistment of five years was completed, I went to work for a community hospital and still work there as the Chief Engineer Twenty Eight years later. I have always worked my extra job renovating, building, repairing, landlord, and now being a guest host. My favorite job is doing just that being a guest host. I want to share what I build, renovate and my absolute love for the Shore. Being a Beach Boy growing up and my love for the water and sand is definitely my happiest place in the world.

Why Anthony Carino chose South NJ Shore

In 2006 I bought a big white milk carton. The milk carton was only ten year old but it might have well been fifty years old. I took the milk carton and striped the exterior down to it bones and replace all the window, moving doors adding door and the expansive deck and patio areas. Every year I do improve the that milk carton property in some way.

What makes this house unique

I would say it the sunset from any of the decks. The bay beach and swimming pool.

Perfect family vacation house!

My family and I rented this house for our first family vacation with our two children (ages 3 and 16 months), our parents and our dog. I stressed about finding a house that would work for small children and this house was absolutely perfect! First, the house was extremely clean and stocked with all the kitchen items you could ever need to cook at home (which we did every night). There were even cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, dog bowls and even pet waste bags! The pool was perfect for my little ones – we could swim all morning and not have to worry about rushing home from the beach for nap time. We also spent a lot of time out on the decks and the views are spectacular! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and my kids could play safely out on the decks because everything is secure and gated. Anthony, the owner, stopped by when we arrived and on our last day to check in and it was great to get tips on places to eat and things to do in the area. The drive into Cape May to go to the beach is quick and makes a great day trip. The pictures online give you an idea of the house but I don’t think they really capture its true charm – it is beautiful! My son was so upset when our week was up and asked me when we could come back again. My family and I have not stopped talking about what a wonderful vacation we had and how amazing the house was since we’ve come home. This house exceeded our expectations!

Perfect off-season getaway

Property was great for our family of 4 + 2 for our first trip to Cape May. The pictures on Homeaway do a great job of showing what it is like... but images just don't convey the beauty of the sunsets!

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. Anthony was helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions.

The lower level suite was perfect for two teenage boys to hide-away on their own from time to time. The pool heated up quickly and allowed us to feel a taste of summer even in April.

Looking forward to heading back during the summer season.

A Gem Between the Ocean and the Bay

This beach house is a real gem. Located where the Delaware Bay meets the Atlantic in Villas, N.J., the property is meticulously cared for by owner Anthony Carino, whose vigilance and hospitality added an unbeatable touch to our Cape May stay.

This sweet, super-functional and very clean home has impeccable sunrise and sunset views. You can hear the sound of the bay surf from its decks and inside — when the weather’s cool enough to leave the sliders open.

Our stay was from Sept. 10-17 and included the best of both vacation worlds — the warmth of a waning summer that allowed us to enjoy the wonderful backyard pool, without having to heat it, and the cool autumn breezes as they brought respite from the heat. The pool, in fact, was so well kept, clean and delightful, you might want to just hang out and enjoy it all day long.

A great spot for one or two families as well as seniors looking for a sweet getaway. And when you just want to make lunch or dinnertime easier, check out the wonderful Takeout Fish and Fancy right nearby.

More than thumbs-up on a place to which I’d certainly return.

Beautiful location and great home.

My family and I were so impressed with this home...tastefully decorated and an awesome location. We were within a few miles of Cape May and Wildwood with plenty of shopping and restaurants to enjoy.

The sunsets every night were beautiful from any of the multiple decks. Mr . Carino could not have been nicer or more helpful....if there were any concerns he addressed them immediately and came by to clean the pool mid week. It was wonderful to have access to a private pool which we used daily.

Hopefully we can return again soon. Thank you Anthony for sharing your home.

Amazing vacation!

I cannot overstate how lovely a vacation we had in this beautiful house! The upstairs is so light and airy--perfect beach house! And downstairs is great for family dinners and watching movies together. The decks are incredible at sunset and the views are unbelievable. But the key for us having such a fabulous time was the beautiful pool. Our kids LOVED it--and we did too! The adults could relax by the pool while the baby slept and still have the kids entertained. It was a great way to do something fun without always having to gather everything up and go out. We loved walking on the nearby beach, and a quick drive brought us back and forth the Cape May easily. The owner is SO NICE and very helpful. He actually came by to check on the cleanliness and temperature of the pool several times to make sure we were doing ok, and brought us a beach umbrella when we had forgotten ours. We absolutely loved this house and vacation and hope to return next year!

Absolutely Perfect!

This was my family's first trip to the Cape May area, and we couldn't have picked a better beach house to rent! The location was perfect....just a short drive into Cape May and also a short drive to the Wildwood boardwalk! We couldn't get over how quiet the neighborhood was. The bay was just across the street and was a great option. However, we were there on the early side so the water was still pretty chilly. Therefore, the heated pool was a wonderful option!! The sunsets were beautiful and worth making sure we were home for each night. The layout of the house was perfect for us and my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter. Every deck was totally enclosed so we never had to worry about her safety... Regardless of where she was. The pictures don't do the house justice. It's so much prettier in person. When we arrived, it was spotless. Anthony was extremely helpful with every question we had before we arrived and even after we got there. We had 6 adults and one toddler with a few family guests here and there during the week. We never felt cramped at all. We were all very sad when our week was over, and all of us said that we couldn't have picked a better place :-)

Come and enjoy this 3 Bedroom 31/2 bath house with guest suite . You will absolutely love the breathtaking views of the Delaware Bay from the deck on the second floor, or from your own private deck off of the Master bedroom and second bedroom from the third floor. Plenty of parking and the deck is gated. Located across the street from the Delaware Bay with two public accesses within 150 feet of the house. The dining room will seat 6 at the table and/or 8 around the teak wood table on the deck.

We have added a lower level guest suite with kitchenette for additional sleeping and entertaining. Unit has combined indoor outdoor bar,sleeping for 2, tv, full bath, and outside patio. A Great room for extra guests,Mother and Father in-law or whole family fun activities.

Take the family on the beach at the house for cape may diamond hunting, fishing, walks, jogging, swimming, species finds, building sand castles,and even taking the dog for a walk (please clean up and mind your pup). There is just so much fun on our beach to be had. 2 mile walk up the beach is Harpoon Henry's for some evening cocktails on the beach.

Beach isn't your total thing. There is Historic Cape May where you can go have a great dinner out at one of many restaurants,shopping,or a beach bar.

Cape May Point you will find the light house,world war 1 bunker,Cape May Diamond hunting, and nature walks.

Wildwoods-Large sandy beaches, night clubs, board wall, entertainment,ans amusement piers and much much more.
