Spanish Bay Estate with travertine floors was professionally designed on the 11th Fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Golf Course. The estate with its own separate casita with ceasar stone counter and beverage refrigerator boasts a large front courtyard with fountain and seating area which is great for entertaining. The pool and its cascading waterfall, raised spa, lounging area, barbecue and firepit overlook the fairways with breathtaking south facing views of the mountain range. Wine away the nights with a game of pool or watch television on the new flat screen televisions in each bedroom or the newly built entertainment center in the family room. The home boasts an intercom system, Wi Fi, and Direct T.V. with two Blue Ray DVD players and a landline for calls anywhere in North America. Sip a glass of wine at the bar area with a built in wine cellar or make a batch of popcorn as you play a round of pool with family and friends. Eat outdoors and watch the sunsets and then enjoy a dip in the pool and spa.

There are three fireplaces throughout the home. One is in the family room, and there is a dual fireplace in the King Size Master Bedroom with sitting area, and one in the Master Bath that contains a Steam Shower, skylights, and custom closet. There are plantation shutters and custom draperies throughout the home as well as Ralph Lauren bedding. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and plantation ceiling fans are provided in each room and outdoor patio.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel Viking appliances, granite counters and bar area with wine cellar for entertaining guests. There is a newly installed water filtering system throughout the home with a hot water dispenser in the kitchen. Four sets of French Doors and floor to ceiling pocket doors at the rear of the home open up to provide an indoor/outdoor space and lifestyle. Enjoy the his and her bicycles for a morning ride or take a short walk to the public Clubhouse which houses the popular Ernie's Restaurant & Sportsbar. A golf cart to and from the court makes it a short ride away. Enjoy hiking the beautiful mountains or the Sunday Market in Old Town. Wonderful Weekend at PGA Estate

The property was beautiful and clean! Shari gave us all the information we would need and was veery responsive. The pool was great and the neighborhood very safe and secure. It was very close to Desert Trip as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Be aware of False property damage accusations and security deposit loss

This post is to serve as a warning to future tenants!

I realize that this property has 12 good reviews and we are the first negative review. When we decided to rent this house we looked at the fact that they had no negative reviews, but our decision back fired on us.

We stayed here for three nights with our two children. 12years old and 16 years old. We had a nice time overall. however a couple of weeks after returning home, I recieved an email from the owner saying we are losing our deposit due to violating their pet policy. This allegation caught me totally off guard and couldnt be farther from the truth.

We did not bring an animal with us. The facts are- we own a dog but we had two different neighbors at home- baby sit him. I guess my mistake was to ask the owner in my first email inquiry- if pets were allowed.

We were told then that pets were not allowed- so we never once thought for a second to break a rule or a policy.

We are a Military / civil service family and we respect rules and other peoples wishes.

I called the owners in response to the email stating that we violated their pet policy. She was combative and very unprofessional from the get go. She said she was certain we had a pet in her house and that our pet stained their carpet. As I was trying to refute these claims, she hung up on me.

She then had her "attorney" husband call me. He said that a cleaning company was coming the next morning and once he heard from them he would call me. Instead though- I recieved an email from him stating "the cleaning company was able to clean the stains and they were definitely caused by a dog.

I called him to ask him why he beleived we brought a dog and if he had any other cause or evidence to prove his allegations. I told him if he would have just said we stained their carpet but left out the dog part- i would have had to except it, but when i am accused of bringing a dog when i would never have done such a thing- its a hard thing to accept. He then called me a liar and told me that I am going to have to sue them. Shari claims she was at the property the day before we arrvied and took pictures of everything. She also claims she had a third party take pictures right after we left. She said they were time stamped and she would send them to me - before and after pics. But in the end she sentme un stamped pics - supposedly depicting stains on the bedroom carpet after we left. Just be aware!!!!!

Owner's Response: Our tenant inquired in an email if he could bring his dog even though our site specifically states dogs are not permitted in our home. I wrote back that we do not permit dogs. Before our tenant took possession, I inspected our property to make sure it was in good working order and clean. When our tenant left the property I did an inspection and observed more than half a dozen urine stains with some under the bed on the carpet in our second bedroom. I notified our tenant of the stains and emailed him photographs of the urine stains. He asked if we had any surveillance cameras on our premises and when I replied that we did not, it prompted him to deny he brought a dog. I hired a professional carpet cleaning service to clean our carpeting and the service cleaners informed us unequivocally the stains were caused by dog urine. The evidence proved he clearly brought a dog. Because the property was clean before the tenant took possession and because the dog urine stains occurred during the tenancy, I deducted the cost of $120 from our tenant's security deposit. Our tenant's complaint against us is false. It is a shame that we had a tenant that not only broke our agreement but proceeded to deny responsibility. He claims to be a mililtary family, but in light of his shameful behavior those claims are dubious. For the last five years we have strived to make our home a comfortable and pleasant experience for all of our tenants and the rave reviews from the many tenants reassures us we have accomplished our goal.

It was amazing!!

My family and I truly enjoyed the home. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the open outdoor living space right on the golf course with beautiful mountain views. The owner, Shari, was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will be staying here again in the future for sure!

Beautiful PGA Estate Home

Just returned from a wonderful, relaxing vacation in this beautiful home. Let me start out by saying this home is even better in person. Spent 4 days swimming, playing pool, games and just enjoying the scenery (views of the fairway and mountain range) with our 3 children. Our oldest loved staying in the casita! Home is decorated beautifully, very clean and well-maintained. We loved the huge floor to ceiling glass doors that opened up to the back patio. Would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family. We would love to return next summer as the owners were wonderful and very accommodating.

Great Fathers Day !!

We have spent years at the Marriott for a fathers day tradition we now have found a new spot !! The house was awesome and Shari the owner is great !! From entering the gate at PGA West to entering the stunning house our vacation was awesome !! The house has everything you need and more, everything worked just as Shari mentions. Ready to book next year !!
