Calvi Apartment Rental Photos and Description

2 Apartments F type 4 duplex, near the city center. Conditioned

Duplex (TRAMONTANE & LIBECCIU) 2 high-standard apartments type 4 F. for 2 to 5 people.

The rental is 400 meters from the beach and shops in a private property with flowers and trees. A kindergarten is located within the grounds of the property allows children to enjoy games in the shade of pine trees.

It is not necessary to use a vehicle to get to the Big Blue.

The duplex has 2 bedrooms with 140 bed and a mezzanine with 2 beds 90.

quiet and nice area with quality comfort (air conditioning, free WiFi, private parking, terrace for taking meals and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 toilets)

IMPORTANT = Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights)

We stayed in the Duplex Libecciu. It was in a perfect location, being convenient for both the beach and local bars/restaurants. (The nearest bar is the L'Alba which is highly recommended)

The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you would need.

Leo, the owner, was very welcoming and always helpful.

Calvi itself is a lovely resort, with nice beaches.

We hope to return one day

Parfait, vous pouvez y aller !!!

De retour des tonnelles et vacances inoubliables !!! Tout est parfait dans ce duplex: Sa situation, son calme, son confort (clim, wifi, lave vaisselle + linge , Grande TV , Terrasse pour repas; 2 WC, parking VL etc....).

Propriétaires très gentils et à l'écoutes, Location à recommander.

Nous étions 5 dans l'appartement duplex, vraiment très bien, bonne situation par rapport à la plage et au centre ville, propre et fonctionnel.

Très calme, environnement reposant. L'appartement et la maison correspondent bien aux photos, le propriétaire bien sympathique, et le rosé au frais en arrivant bien appréciable.

La location est très bien située:plage à 400 metres, le centre commercial à côté!la voiture n.est vraiment pas nécessaire!Idéale pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer dans un petit parc arboré se trouvant au pied de la location!Un appartement bien agencé et fonctionnel!Des propriétaires sympas!Une location à retenir!

Vacances de rêves

L'appartement en duplex est très bien agencé. Coté pratique: entièrement climatisé.

La position géographique du lieu est confortable du fait qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre sa voiture pour aller à la plage ou au supermarché . Nous avons été ravi de passer 2 semaines . Le propriétaire est aux petits soins avec les locataires . Je recommande vivement cette location
