We welcome you to our fabulous row house on one of the most coveted areas in all of the Historic District !You will be delighted by this one of a kind hom oe located right in the heart of the Annapolis Historic District. Built in 1845 and renovated thoughout in 2008 this home retains its original charm while having all of the luxuries of modern day living. One of the most photographed homes in town, it is located two blocks from the Main st , City dock , and Gate 1 of USNA . Charles is an exclusive, quiet, one way residential only street. Recently chosen as the location for filming of a special for The History Channel ( May 2012) we have also been chosen as one of the select Capital Newspapers 'Homes of the Week' (Oct 8, 2011) as well as one of the exclusive properties for The Historic Foundations ' Candlelight Tour ' Our home has a great location without all of the noise from traffic or the late night bar scene yet you and your guests can absolutely walk to everything you want or need from this property. Spend the day at the private park at the end of the street and watch the sailboats cruise by or walk to town for some sightseeing, shopping, a Navy game, sailing or one of the numerous award winning restaurants. You may even meet some famous people on your walk home-our house is right around the corner from TV personality Greta Van Susteren and across the creek from famous director Barry Levinson. Last summer baseball star Cal Ripken was spotted numerous times paddle boarding down at the park as he is also renting a house very nearby !

Located directly in the middle of all of the historic churches, this home is an ideal option for out of town wedding parties and guests. Once you compare hotel rates in town you will find that that renting a full house is a wonderful alternative-this is your chance be an Annapolitan !( Yes, that is a real term for a local :)

After a full day you and your party will be sure to enjoy your downtime when you arrive home. Original wide plank wood floors,a copper tin ceiling, reclaimed wood doors and butcher block counters are only some of the interesting period features you will admire. Decorated by a local art dealer and gallery owner this home contains many unsual, one of a kind pieces by artists you will most likely recognize. The custom made dining room table is large enough to accomodate all of the house guests or you may choose to grill outside on the very private patio. Relax after dinner by the candlelight of the laterns at our handmade teak table and adirondack chairs- if your lucky maybe the neighboorhood ducks will swing by for a visit.

This home sleeps six very comfortably and we are a certified rental property through the City of Annapolis . The first floor master suite has a queen bed while the two upstairs guest bedrooms contain a king and two extra long twin beds with totally empty closet space and drawers. As we are a year round rental you will not be inconvienced by having to squeeze your luggage and things among owners jeans, toys and old prom dresses :) A queen air matress is available by request if you have others joining your party. City of Annapolis certified parking passes are provided for two vehicles with easy on street parking for the duration of your stay ( no extra charge for passes - city and hotels charge 30-40$ a day per car !!)along with local maps and menus to get you aquainted to our lovely town. Charming home in historic Annapolis

  • 4 of 5

Stayed for a week with my husband and two teen children. Beds were comfortable and common rooms had plenty of seating. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, appliances and extras making it easy to prepare some of our meals at home while we relaxed. The walk to the center of town was less than 5 minutes.

Charming Getaway Home

  • 4 of 5

Conveniently located to downtown Annapolis. Home is nicely decorated, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals (pans, dishes, etc.) and we found everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Quiet neighborhood with a nice park at the end of the street. Megan was available to answer questions and very accommodating. We definitely will stay in the home again!

Adorable house in a great neighborhood in Annapolis!

  • 4 of 5

We were four women celebrating a birthday and decided on a couple of days in Annapolis. This little house was absolutely perfect for our needs and Megan was very easy to work with. She even allowed us to get into the house early which was so nice of her to do. We enjoyed the little garden out back which was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon wine. The house is in a very cute residential area about a 10 minute walk to the main part of town. One of the women in our group was on crutches so wasn't able to make the walk but Uber is everywhere and very convenient so that worked out well. The only warning I would give is that 2 people can't blow dry your hair at the same time, you'll blow a fuse which is to be expected in a historic house. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We love Annapolis! My daughter is currently moving back there from Colorado in July. We have spent many weekends there.. unfortunately when we bring others down we have stayed in hotels.. my daughter suggested trying VRBO.. we love ❤️ the house and love being able to walk anywhere in town.

The house was everything we wanted! relaxing in the home was great! And everyone could be together!

Megan was easy to reach for any questions we might of had!

Great place to get away!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful experience during our 2-night stay in this lovely home. The house looks just like in the pictures, it’s beautifully adorned with plenty of sunlight throughout the house. It’s also very well-kept and modernized – we loved the skylights and wooden beams in the bedroom on the main floor as well as the connecting patio. There are plenty of amenities made available to guests which makes one feel right at home. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to the dock and several local restaurants. Megan was a great host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. As many have mentioned she is quick to respond and makes herself available. She was very understanding and eager to ensure our stay was pleasant. The house is pet friendly and our Yorkie Terrier felt right at home. The house also comes with a book of resources which provided information into what tour sites are nearby, where to eat, closest supermarket, and a map of the area. We definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Annapolis. We look forward to returning in the near future.
