Thank you for your interest in my NYC condo. Please note the minimum rental period is 1 week -- no exceptions. We typically book several weeks in advance - and in most cases several months in advance. For peak periods such as Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's Eve we may book a year in advance. The condo is also available as a monthly rental or long term rental (at a discounted monthly rate). All potential renters will be contacted by phone/Skype to discuss the building/apartment/area.
A modern condo doorman (white glove) elevator building with 24 hour security in an excellent location - Upper East Side - walking distance to Central Park (and everything else UES). The 4/5/6 subway is on the corner for easy access to midtown or downtown. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (just renovated) - the master bathroom is oversized with air tub and a stall shower with ceiling tile rain shower - the guest bath contains a frameless glass shower with wall mounted hand shower. The living room and dining room are separate spaces but allow for a loft feeling with wide open flowing floor plan. Windows front both bedrooms, the living room, and dining room. The kitchen - recently renovated - contains a (new) gas stove, Liebherr refrigerator, custom cabinets, and dishwasher. The utility closet includes a Bosch washer/dryer.
The master has a king bed (memory foam topped mattress) and the guest bedroom has a double bed (and a double mattress under the bed for an additional guest). There is also a double air mattress (aerobed) in the closet.
The location is convenient to all museums, Central Park, restaurants, bars, shopping, and everything else that makes Manhattan the greatest city in the world.
Within Two Blocks: Walgreens, CVS, Staples, Starbucks, H&M, Victoria's Secret, Best Buy, AMC (Movies), Fairway (Supermarket), Citibank, Chase, Panera Bread, and numerous restaurants/shops. Whole Foods opening soon on the corner.
