Gorgeous 1 story, 1860 square foot home - completely remodeled in 2016 with new furniture. The home has an updated kitchen with all new granite, stainless steel appliances, glass tile backsplash, and tile flooring. There are original hardwood floors throughout most of the home, as well as ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom, all new bathrooms with new vanities, marble counters, glass tile, tile floors, faucets, fixtures, lights, etc... There is also a second living area with a pull out daybed creating 2 twin beds, flat screen tv, desk, wifi, and more. The home has 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. There is a front loading washer/dryer in the laundry room, as well as a covered patio with seating and a grill, and fenced yard!
The home is located within a few blocks of the intersection of Burnet Rd & 2222 - close to so much! If you don't feel like cooking the home is a short walk to great Austin food. BBQ, home cooking, and a neighborhood deli are all nearby. The home is ideally situated near the Crestview Rail station which takes you downtown, as well as bus lines running throughout Austin.
Maximum occupancy is 6 adults, or 8 people total.
Rates includes 15% city and state hotel tax, required for any rental under 30 days.

This home is just stunning! It's been completely renovated top to bottom, and the backyard is just a nice. And the best part is the short walk to the Crestview Lightrail Station which will take you downtown in no time at all!

Did not appreciate the extra 85.00 fee to Home Away. When I had a question about the refund they had know idea how to answer me.
We rented this home while our new house was being completed. Greg and Amanda could not have been nicer or more accommodating during our stay. Everything was fresh and new, and the location was unbeatable, especially for exploring all of the new restaurants that are springing up on Burnet Rd. Reasonably priced, exactly as advertised, and with plenty of room to comfortably host a family or small group up to 8, without feeling crowded. I would recommend without hesitation.
We very much enjoyed our stay in Austin and this house was exactly as advertised. Everything went smoothly and I can't think of a single negative thing to say about the experience. Overall I though this house was a great value.
Honestly, I couldn't have imagined a better rental house for a quick Austin trip. The owners/managers were so easy to work with and communicate with. The accommodations were impeccable. They had everything I needed for my 14 month old, which was an unexpected and wonderful surprise. Everything about this rental experience was awesome. Thank you Greg and Amanda!!

As this was my first time staying in a home rather than a renting a hotel, I had no expectations. As soon as we arrived I was immediately satisfied that we had chosen this property.
It was nice and relaxing, made me feel like I was in my own home. Everything was as described and everything was clean and well-maintained. The design and decoration of the property was great.
The owners were great. Greg and Amanda replied surprisingly quick to all my questions and concerns, and were easily reachable.
Location was good, not too close to downtown and UT campus, but not too far away either.
I highly recommend this property, and would return again should I need a place to stay when I am in Austin.

The home is nestled in the quiet Austin neighborhood of Brentwood (adjacent to Crestview), a few blocks off the intersection of Lamar Blvd & 2222 (Koenig Ln), and is just a nice stroll or short drive to restaurants and coffee shops, including the Janis Joplin favorite, Threadgills.
