The condominium:

 Without a doubt, the best and most well-located condominium Boiçucanga. It differs from others by preserving green areas, occupying a range that goes from the beach to the side of the mountain, with amazing looks.

24h security features with automated gates, 3 swimming pools (including a child), super showers, playground with various toys, WI-FI internet in the condo, sports court, ballroom, fixed rails for the exercise.

The Beach:

 Boicucanga has thick sand and a unique geographical position that allows for contemplating the sunsets at sea (the most beautiful of the North Coast) and view several islands (wheat heap, the Cabbage Island, Island of Cats and Alcatrazes, the farthest ). Its waters are usually calm and during the summer, which, coupled with the unique format of the beach, more like a large salt water pool - great for swimming and snorkeling. When the sea is rough, tumble waves break right next to the sand and allow spectacle, but this is more common in fall, winter and occasionally in the spring.

On the left side of the beach flows into the river Boiçucanga, where there is also a marina where the boats for walks towards other beaches and islands. During the night, is only illuminated edge of the south coast, which allows pleasant walks along the beach with greater security.


 You can enjoy incredible trails Brava beach (access allowed only on foot or by boat) and also in the backcountry, especially those that lead to the three famous waterfalls Boiçucanga

09 a 13/03/2017 - Fiquei deveras grato ao chegar e deparar com a fidelidade das informações descritas no site "A.T.", os colaboradores da recepção (cordialidade/prestatividade), descreveram as funcionalidades do "complexo" residencial (energia, utensílios domésticos, estacionamento, piscinas, praias restaurantes próximos, etc.

Super Recomendo!!

O condominio é uma delicia. Muito lindo e bem cuidado. Funcionários super educados e atenciosos. Ótima localização, em frente ao mar e próximo do comércio. Adorei a localização da casa também. Próxima à piscina, porém com muita privacidade. Tudo estava muito limpo e arrumado, não senti falta de nada, tinha tudo que é necessário na cozinha. Para quem vai com idoso, é perfeita. Minha mãe ficou bem acomodada na sala, sem precisar subir escada e tem banheiro embaixo tambem. E ela pode fazer muitas caminhadas dentro do condominio. Obrigada por tudo Sr.Luiz, voltaremos em breve.

Semana muito agradavel

Eu e a minha família tivemos dias muito bons em Boicucanga , a estadia o conforto da casa e do condomínio excelentes. Portaria 24h e os porteiros super simpáticos, o Condomínio fica em uma Ótima Localização Ao lado de Bancos Super mercados e Fast Food .

O contato com os proprietários foi nota 100 , muito atenciosos e preocupados se estávamos confortáveis.

Utensílios da casa são todos Ótimos.

Voltarei sempre e recomendarei a todos que conheço.

Our house is situated just 50 meters from the beach (just cross the street), the best and most well-located condominium Boiçucanga, facing the sea. It is just 1 minute from the beach, but reserved enough to ensure peace and quiet noise Avenue movement.

In front of the condo, we have the square By sunsets (the name says it all) and the skating rink, all by the sea.

The region has the best structure available, and walk gives to go to several restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, health center, convenience and Shopping Boiçucanga, the most comprehensive in the region.

During the season, move the foot can be much faster and more enjoyable. Here are some references, all just a few minutes walk:

- 100m - Health Post (the most equipped of the entire south coast);

- At 200 m - Restaurant Green Smell (reference on the northern coast, overlooking the sea, varied menu and honest prices);

- The 400m - Shopping Boiçucanga: Extra Supermarket, ATMs 24h, pharmacy, video store, food court, ice cream, swimwear, etc;

- The 500m - 3 bakeries

- The 500m - Gas Station

- The 500m - South Coast Winery

- The 500m - special steak house and butcher

- The 700m - Brazil's Banco Itaú and Bradesco

- To 800 m - Fishmongers near the local bar, where there is always fresh fish and seafood

In the hinterland, to about 4km, we have 3 of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area, some of them counting with incredible natural pools.

By car

The avenue that leads to the condo is the very Rio-Santos highway, so get to other beaches in the area is quite simple and practical. See the sequence of beaches to either side and their approximate distances.

This is an excellent choice both for those who want to stay quiet and enjoy the local beach, waterfalls, a barbecue or fish with family, (with high security and fun for the kids, inside the condo), and for those who want to stay strategically located to explore other beaches and beauty of the entire southern coast of San Sebastian.
