Located on the quiet end of Thomas Drive within walking distance of Saint Andrew's State Park. Minutes from the area's finest restaurants, fishing, amusement attractions and golf.
Treasure Island offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the coastline while sitting on your balcony or relaxing in your unit. From your front balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful Saint Andrew's park and Saint Andrew's Bay and enjoy watching the fishing boats come in right from the front balcony.
Full glass views across the back of the units will allow you to have a breathtaking view of golden sunsets, emerald water, and sugar white sandy beaches. Enjoy the dolphins and rays playing just yards off the beach. Sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom allow easy access to your private balcony overlooking the beautiful coastline as far as you can see. Be sure to enjoy the night view with the stars shining brightly and the moon glistening off the water.
One of the four high-speed elevators will take you up to this sixth floor unit, or you can park directly on the sixth floor parking and skip the elevators. Your assigned parking is on the third level, if desired.
You can enjoy a very large open kitchen with granite countertops. Kitchen is fully equipped. All you need is your food.
Treasure Island offers a large heated pool with an expansive sun deck, two gazebos and kiddie pool. Or you may spend the whole day relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'. Beach Services are available with lounge chairs, parasailing and jet skis.
If you enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation with an awesome view in elegant surroundings, this unit are for YOU!!!
The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.

Do Not Stay Here! Rental Company UNPROFESSION/Not A Legit Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was told the condo we rented was unavailable 2 hours before check in. Rude staff answers the phone and are ignorant. No office, non existent property managers who obviously do not care about anything but taking your money. Lack of communication to the renters. Dirty, loud condo with uncomfortable furniture. So much hair in shower had to have maintenance cone clean it to be able to shower. Still waiting on our refund for getting a 2 bed/2 bath instead of 3 bed we originally paid for. We were completely lied to and are completely disappointed and dissatisfied with our experience/stay with Emerald Coast Destinations. Very unprofessional "company". Do not stay with this company, will be sorry if you do.

Overall it was fine

Overall the room was nice. The Tv in the living room did not work we had to swap the master bed room tv into living room for 2 days but it was Easter on one of the days I did not expect it to be fixed then. But they replaced the Tv on Monday. The master shower handle was broken but was fixed on the 4th day. We did not have a table on the deck as the pictures showed. But these are just petty things we were there for the beach. We had a great week and the property management was able to resolve issues. Wish they could have offered us a discounted days stay or something but we did not receive one.

Ideal spot for stunning sunsets

The property has a nice layout. Everything is a straight shot, and the bathrooms and the laundry separate the bedrooms, making it an excellent buffer. It provides an amicable separation when looking for a quiet bedtime routine. Our favorite part of the property was the balcony. It's absolutely huge for condominiums. It faces south, making for an ideal sunrise and sunset view. We spent a lot of time out there while we could when we weren't on the beach. The beach was fantastic! The location is at the far end of many of the other resorts, so you felt like you had a little more privacy. Our beach seemed to be a little less crowded than other beaches up the strip. There's also an excellent sundeck that helps shelter a lot of the wind, which was ideal when the weather was a little cooler but you want to soak up the sun and stay warm. Lastly, there's a ton of parking, with great access to your unit. We went for two weeks, right in the middle of post-tornado construction. We didn't expect so much disruption, but a lot of loud metal grinding put our poor dog on the ceiling. We also lost our patio furniture for the second week due to construction, which was brutal because we love spending evenings there. None of that wasn't the owner's fault, and it was temporary but nonetheless unfortunate. All in all, I'm certain we will be back.

Great visit

Great stay over all Condo was just what we needed for our stay. Well stocked with cooking supplies and towels. Condo could use a new washer and dryer, handle is broke on dryer and washer takes really long time to fill up on cold wash but faster fill up on warm wash. Over all Condo was great.

Beautiful view, location, beach & condo

Treasure Island Resort room 609 was a beautiful condo. It was a spectacular ocean front view! We loved the relaxed environment of the resort compared to the Panama City beach
