Conformément au contrat de location il vous sera demandé le jour de votre arrivée un dépot de garantie de 1000 € .Le dépot de garantie pourra être constitué par la remise d'un chèque tiré sur une banque Française signé à l'ordre du Bailleur que ce dernier restitura sous réserve d'inventaire et d'état des lieux conforme lors de la restitution des clefs.

Le ménage ainsi que les draps et serviettes sont compris dans la location néanmoins l'appartement doit être restitué dans un état correct de propreté ( vaisselle faite et rangée ,WC propres) dans le cas contraire un supplément nettoyage sera retenu ( 80€)

Clean & modern Sunny appartment

1st class holiday appartment. New, clean & tidy. The owner replied quickly & his agent arrived quickly on our arrival to complete the necessary paperwork! We felt it accomodated 6 perfectly, would use it again! We loved the position in the "Hammeau" sector, slightly above the village, competent skiers can ski to the end of the road. We found the funnicular & free "navette" buses running frequently.

Très bel appartement, parfaitement situé proche de la location skiset d'un très bon restaurant (Le vieux Chalet) et du funiculaire.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end grâce aux commodités de l'appartement, nous y reviendrons surement !!!

Très bonne adresse

Nous avons loués les deux appartements pour le week end, ils sont très bien placés pas besoin de voiture pour allez sur les pistes de skis et même pour allez sur le centre de la station.

Les appartements sont très fonctionnels et il y a tout sur place et en plus on ne se sent pas à l’étroit même si on est nombreux, je recommande vivement cette adresse.
