Provencal farmhouse in the middle of the vines with view of the Mont Ventoux
Facing the Mont Ventoux and 1 km from the village of Mazan, the 240 m² house welcomes you on 3 floors with its 9 main rooms composed of 6 bedrooms. With stone walls, exposed beams and whitewashed sections of wall, the authenticity is guaranteed!
On the ground floor, you will find a fully fitted kitchen opening onto the courtyard and equipped with: oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Next to it, there is a first furnished dining room with beautiful wood wardrobes, hi-fi system and small storage area with iron and ironing board. Let’s visit the house passing by the huge living room where it is pleasant to seat by the large fireplace with television and DVD player. You can also enjoy a large dining room in a cheerful spirit with its wood table suitable for many persons.
On the first floor is the night area with 3 beautiful bedrooms renamed bedrooms “green”, “orange” and “white” and composed of double 180x200 cm beds. The green bedroom has 3 single 90x200 cm beds and a baby cot. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
On the second floor, you will discover a large 33 m² “dormitory” bedroom composed of 4 single 90x200 cm beds including a bunk bed with television area and games console as well as a “nuptial” bedroom with double 180x200 cm bed and a shower room with toilet.
The estate is an independent villa nestled on a mound and its terrace is South-exposed so you can enjoy panoramic views over the hills of the Luberon.
The house is in the heart of many vines, its rolling ground overflows with Provencal vegetation and perfectly blends into the Provencal landscape. You will find hundred-year-old olive trees, big cypresses that surround the villa, beautiful pink laurels that decorate the front of the farmhouse in spring and lavender that is well known and famous for its strong aromatic smell that reminds us of pleasure of holidays.
The farmhouse has been fully renovated with high-quality materials. There are traditional stone walls and exposed beams in all the rooms of the house. For sun lovers, there is a large terrace accessible from the garden where you will enjoy beautiful views over the Provence Mountains, a view of a beautiful Provencal painting.
The outside of this house is dedicated to holidays in spring and summer. Since April, the vegetation, that is luxuriant in Provence, is blossoming.
This Provencal farmhouse with character perfectly suits the old stone lovers
You will also have the opportunity to enjoy many different activities at your disposal according to the season: relaxation by the above-ground pool in summer, table tennis, Boules, mountain biking and badminton can also ideally complete your stay in Vaucluse. However, we recommend you to have a car to visit the region.
It is a region where it feels good to live and where people are very nice.

Une vraie parenthèse de bonheur
Entre vignes et montagne, un petit coin de paradis pour apprécier pleinement un WE en famille.
Surrounded by the most beautiful villages of France and the listed nature sites, you will visit the local markets, you will discover an ancient history and finally, you will enjoy a more than exceptional nature. Its most beautiful jewel is certainly the vine: its old wines of the Côtes du Ventoux and others that can be tasted and appreciated in its cooperative winery and its 9 nearby private wine cellars. The relief of this region is composed of mountains (the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Luberon Massif and the Vaucluse Mountains), plateaus and plains scattered with hills. There are some good addresses that you must not miss during your stay in Vaucluse: - The Mont Ventoux is to the East of the department and is nestled like a sentinel in the middle of nature. From its 1912 m, it watches over the orchard plains, the vines and the large stretches of lavender. - The Dentelles de Montmirail forms a large mountains arch that stretches from Ouvèze to Mont Ventoux. There are several paths available. - The Toulourenc, torrential river on the North slope of the Mont Ventoux, delimits the departments of Vaucluse and La Drôme. It is a relaxation area for everybody. - The unavoidable visit of the Pont Saint-Bénezet most widely called “Pont d’Avignon” and the discovery of the Palais des Papes. - Discover the architecture of the Ancient Theatre of Orange, the collections of the Museum of Art and History and the functions of the Triumphal Arch and the Remains of the Temple. - Nestled in the hollow of its small valley, Notre-Dame de Sénanque Abbey remains one of the most important witnesses to the Cistercian primitive architecture. It is still occupied by a community of Cistercian monks. - Take advantage of your stay or you holiday in Vaucluse to visit this exceptional site that is full of colour, relief and flora: “the Provencal Colorado”. These multicolour places have been manmade during the period of the ochre quarries exploitation and have been modified by the erosion phenomenon. These former exploitations and the vestiges that are here are located in private grounds. You can penetrate in it but with caution.
